C H A P T E R 1 5

"okay, you can go in now ! if you want to know more about the vamptrack, you can watch the news later ! it's starting at 12:00pm." she smiled, as wooyoung did a gentle bow before walking to the elevators.

wooyoung checked the watch on his wrist. 11:50am.

he gulped and checked his phone and see if taehyung has messaged him to start the search. however, there was none, showing that yoongi was still asleep. 

wooyoung sighed and went into the elevator, ready to meet jimin. 

"JIMIN !" wooyoung shouted once he opened jimin's door. jimin frowned and sat up to see who it was. 

"woo ? you're back fast..." jimin smiled as wooyoung quickly closed the door behind him. 

wooyoung smiled back as he sat beside jimin quickly as he grabbed the remote controller on the table beside him. 

jimin cocked his head to the side as wooyoung turned the television on, turning to the channel that was suppose to have the news at 12pm. he still does remember the different news timings and it hadn't been long since he left the human world for a good amount of time.

"woo, why are we watching the news ?" jimin asked, as wooyoung quickly shushed him. "something you and i should know about..." 

they've waited for about 3 more minutes before the news came on. the starting and the music played as they showed what they were going to cover for today's news.

first thing that they were talking about would be the vamptrack. the two of them paid really close attention to the man who began to talk about the vamptrack.

"Good afternoon, first up today would be on the vamptrack." as the man was talking, there were pictures of the tracker at the back of it.

"people have recently been reporting that they were seeing vampires roaming along the streets, some even to say that they lost their family members to these vampires. the police discovered a dead body along an empty alley at the side of one of Busan's motel. the body was to be discovered with two, thin and round bite marks. the body was also discovered to all dried up, and he had very little blood content in him. no animals were discovered to have this, clean removal of blood, and that lead people to guess that it was the vampires who did it.

the vampires was always known to be a mythical creature, but is it really ? now, we have sourced for an image and we have found this."

the man showed a picture of someone who's eyes were blood red, and he was having blood dripping down from his mouth. 

"people thought that maybe this could have been a preparation for halloween as halloween was next week at the point where this photo was taken, but now ? we aren't sure about that. people started to create new equipment to help us find this vampires, and one of these amazing device is called the vamptrack. the vamptrack is a small handheld camera that can be placed at almost anywhere. it can be placed as a camera, it can be placed at entrance. a really versatile machine. the vamptrack would be able to pick up a different type of energy that is being emitted whenever someone walks by it within 3 metres away. vampires tend to have a higher energy compared to humans and they are different from one. once they've sensed a high amount of energy from any passer-bys, they would immediately sound and take a picture of the vampire. this is so that we can capture them, and investigate on these vampires. they have made many people lose their lives due to their need of blood. is that necessary for us to lose more and more humans as the vampire population to grow ? we hope to discover more on these vamptracks and hope that new products would be released to help us with the vampire search. as for now, every public area would be installed with these devices so that the process of finding these vampires would be much easier. now, we will be talking about the ducklings that were trying to cross the road, and many people started to help the ducklings by carrying each of these little-"

with that, jimin turned off the television. "wooyoung, they'll sense me..." jimin gulped as he turned to his friend.

"min, the devices are downstairs. they will definitely sense you once they placed these up."

"woo, i'm scared..." jimin mumbled as he held onto wooyoung's arm tightly. "i am too, jimin... i promise that we will get you out, okay ?" wooyoung promised, as jimin nodded. wooyoung could see some tears forming in jimin's eyes. 

"aw, don't cry..." wooyoung smiled as he reached forward to wipe jimin's eyes. 

jimin giggled and nodded. "we will, jimin. yoongi hyung is working very hard on it now... you will be fine..."

just then, wooyoung felt a buzz from his pocket. he whipped his phone out to find a message from taehyung, saying that it's safe to go and that yoongi is already there,watching through the camera.

"okay min, i've got something to do." wooyoung smiled weakly as he stood up. he gave a gentle pat on jimin's head and turned to get out. 

"remember to stay healthy ! i'll be back soon !" wooyoung laughed as jimin waved goodbye.
