Chapter-19

In the Maheshwari mansion.

Everyone was having their breakfast.

Sameer and Rahul were looking at each other, signalling each other to start the conversation about today's party.

Suddenly, Deepika reminds his brother.
"Bhaiya, woh aaj ki party mein meri favourite choclate ice cream mat bhulna."

Everyone looks at Deepika shockingly,
Sameer and Rahul closes their eyes.

"Deepika konsi party beta...aaj toh koi party nahi."
Vishakha said confusingly.

"Mummy, Sameer bhaiya ko award milne ko celebrate karne ki party hai...Rahul bhaiya ka idea tha."
Deepika said innocently.

Vishakha glares at the two boys who sheepishly smiles at their mother.

"Mere ghar mein party hai aur mujhe hi nahi pata."

"Woh... mummy hum aapse baat karne hi wale the, nashte ke baad. Woh hum soch rahe the ki kyu na mere sarre dost ko bula kar ghar mein ek choti si party kare."
Sameer suggests.

"Nahi, bilkul nahi aaj tumhare papa aur mujhe tumhare mama ke ghar jaana hai toh, No party."
Vishakha said sternly.

"Magar Nanu toh honge na, please mummy."
Rahul pleadingly said.

"Arre apne Nanu ko kyu pareshan kar rahe ho...kisi aur din party kar lena."
Vivek said.

Sameer, Rahul and Deepika all looks at their grandfather expectantly.

"Vivek beta mujhe itna bhi buddha mat samjho. Arre tum aaram se jao...party toh aaj hi hogi, kyu baccho."
Nanu said and smiled.

They all hugged him tightly and said,
"Thankyou Nanu."

"Magar papa, aapko pareshani hui toh."
Vishakha said worried about her father.

As Nanu could say something, Deepika assures her mother.
"Mummy aap chinta mat karo main ho na... main Nanu ka pura khayal rakhungi."

Everyone laughs and Vishakha pulls her cheeks.
"Agar tum khayal rakhogi apne Nanu ka, toh tumhara kon rakhega, shaitan."

"Mummy, papa, aap bilkul chinta mat karo choti si hi party hai...sirf 5-6 dost hi aayenge aur hum Nanu ko bilkul bhi pareshan nahi hone denge."
Sameer assures his parents.
And they both reluctantly agreed.

"Toh aap abhi nikal rahe hai?"
Rakesh asked.

"Haa, bss nashta karke...magar raat tak aa jayenge."
Tau ji answered.

Naina was serving everyone breakfast.
She was soo happy today. Tau ji, Tai ji along with Pralay have to go urgently to their relatives house and they will return at night. It means a free day from Tai ji's scolding and a relaxing weekend.

After breakfast, everyone was ready to go.

"O bai, hum ghar per nahi hai toh kaamchori mat karna. Saare ghar ke kaam pura kar lena; kapde rakhe hai dho dena aur kuch kapde isstri karne hai, bartan hai dhone ke liye aur raat ka khana hum karke hi aayenge aur Rakesh babu aur Arjun bhi nahi aayenge raat ko, toh kuch mat banana... Samjhi raat ko koi nahi hai, khane wala."

Tai ji said sternly and Naina knew what she meant by the last line that if no one was having dinner at home that means no dinner for her tonight.

Naina nodded and said,
"Ji Tai ji aap chinta mat karo sab kaam ho jayega."

But, they ignored her and went from there.

Rakesh and Arjun too were going when Naina stops them.
