A/N that's Lucy minus the Gages.

Third-person.

After the death of her brother, Lucy became reckless. She rebelled and completely changed. She got piercings and tattoos. She dyed her hair and was starting to fail her college classes. She stopped caring and she put up walls. It affected her family and friends as try became very worried about her the day Niall caught her smoking pot. Harry's feelings for her grew stronger yet he kept denying them.

Harry's POV.

I hardly saw Lucy anymore. Niall told me that she stopped hanging out with him and that he caught her smoking weed. The image that popped up in my brain was so hot. Most people hated her transformation but in my opinion she looked stunning. She always did. I am quite worried about the sort of people she is going to get tied up with. I saw her holding hands with a jackass with two other girls hanging all over him. The only time she came around us in the past month was to introduce her "boyfriend". I felt like my soul got crushed. He didn't deserve her. No one did. I feel like a ghost of myself.
A knock on the door snaps me out of my thoughts and before I can get up off the couch five more loud knocks sound. I hurry to the door and it swings open to reveal a bruised and crying Lucy. I gasp and pull he in inside of the cold and she sobs uncontrollably. I calmly wait for her to calm down before I speak. "Lucy what happened?"

She stutters a little. "H- he... it's my fault. He got mad and I was in the way. It's my fault. " She starts sobbing again and my brain my makes the connection. He beat her. He laid a hand on her and she thinks it's her fault. I pull her into my arms as she clutches onto my shirt and cries herself to sleep. I lay her down into my bed. I kiss her forehead and go to grab my coat. This fucker is going to pay.
A hand grabs my arm and her sleepy voice whispers to me, "don't do it. Please. "

I slowly pull my arm from her grip. "Don't stop me. " And I head out the door.
