Chapter 1

Loud music,

Bright lights,

Dark surroundings,

Wild people,

Party people,

Inikot ko ang mga mata ko sa bar kung nasaan kami ngayon, uhm, yeah, masaya dito. Gusto ko ang lugar na ito. Pero hindi sa oras na 'to. Nasa ganitong klaseng lugar kami, but I really feel bored. Wala ako sa mood mag party. I'm just sitting in a couch, with a book in my hand. Creepy right?

"Come on, Eilish! Don't just dump your self in there, wala tayo sa library." Pagtawag sa akin ni Alessi, my brother's girlfriend.

I just smiled at her, but my brother grab my book as if it is confiscated.

"Eilish, baby, let's have fun," he sat beside me. "Kaya nga tayo nag set ng vacation like this, to have fun, right?"

"I should've bury my self in my room, rather." I answered.

He just laugh. Alam ko with that laugh hindi siya papayag na matapos ang vacation namin dito sa beach ng ganito pa rin ako.

Halos karamihan ng narito sa bar this night, mga ka-office mate ni kuya, employees namin sa company namin. He set this vacation sa isang beach para sa buong company "daw" as he addressed this. But the real thing behind this is para malibang ako. I never asked him to do that.

Lumapit si kuya Philip sa DJ at may ibinulong dito. Maybe sinabihan niya ito na itigil muna ang music dahil all of a sudden nawala ang loud music. Kinaha niya ang mic from the DJ and started to talk.

"Mic test, hello, everyone," he greeted everyone, tonight is fun right?" He ask the crowd at sumagot naman ang mga tao sa kanya. Ano naman kaya ang plano ng kuya ko?

"Tonight is fun, but people, see that cute baby girl right there?"

He pointed on me and one of the spotlight focused on me. Okay, he's tipsy! Napa-face palm na lang ako. Nakakahiya si kuya!

"She's my sister at hindi ko siya mapasaya this night! So here's the game, I need someone na kaya siya patawanin or kahit mapa-ngiti man lang ang guess what? Do it at mag bibigay ako ng FREE BUCKET OF BEER PARA SA LAHAT!"

Nabigla ako sa sinabi ni kuya, he's desperate! Everyone in the crowd shouted in joy! Lalo akong nainis at nawala sa mood. My brother winked on me habang nasa stage pa rin siya. Ugh! Nakakagigil!

The DJ once again started a loud music. People started to dance in front of me and look funny. Lalo akong naiirita sa kanila. None of them is smile smile worthy!

"Hey, wala ka ba talagang balak pagbigyan 'tong mga to? Free beer for your smile!" Nilapitan ako ni Alessi.

"Bruh! Kayang-kaya naman silang bigyan ni kuya ng free beer kahit hindi nila ako mapa-tawa or mapa-ngiti." I said.
