Natandaan ko rin na malakas ang connection ng Izu country sa Council because the head of the council is the one and only brother of Emperor Adrian. Yes, kapatid ni Adrian ang namumuno sa Council kaya talagang napakasuwerte ng Izu country, lalong lalo na ang Vigan Kingdom. Dahil nga rito, isa sa mga pinaka protected and strongest country ang Izu, kaya iniiwasan ng mga ibang bansa makabungo ang Izu.

Don't get me wrong, isa rin sa mga malakas na country ang Hisu, but with the support of the council, they are nothing against the Izu. Ano kaya nagtulak sa Hisu at nagdeklara sila ng war?
