First Day

Wonpil smacks the small device that was bugging him in his sleep. He was half awake and about to go back to sleep before he heard his neighbors fight over food behind the walls.

He groaned annoyed and took his phone which was put on his bedside table. Opening eyes at the brightly lit screen he realized what the time is and what day it is. "7 AM? I will be late soon!" he quickly cried out as he ran to the bathroom that his small apartment had.

After being done with brushing his teeth and a relaxing morning shower he looked at his phone which brightly showed 7:43. "Argh! I only have 17 minutes left" he said as he quickly put on whatever he saw and took his bright yellow backpack.

He ran out of his apartment, not forgetting to lock it and ran down the stairs since he had no time to wait for the elevator.

He got in his white car and started driving to his new university.

Wonpil is starting his first day at a new university, he's scared and is hoping that everyone there will like him.

As he parked his car he realized that he is just in time for registration and ran to the slowly growing row of teenagers and young adults.

He joined the queue and slowly made his way down it. After a while standing in the queue he felt a arm on his shoulder "Hey, are you new too?" said someone behind him, he looked who said it and it was a freckled boy.

"U-uh, yeah." said Wonpil, anxious cause of the sudden social interaction.

"The name's Felix, Engineering major." The new boy said with confidence, giving Wonpil a sweet smile as he introduced himself.

"Kim Wonpil, economy major" Wonpil said shyly.

"Ah! You're so cute" said a high pitch voice, he turned his head a bit and was met with a girl who smiled at him.

"Hi! I'm Kim Yongsun, art major!" Said the girl with a smile, hoping that the two boys will become her friends.

"Nice to meet you, how old are you both?" Said Felix, wrapping his arm around both of their shoulders.

"18" said Wonpil while Solar said 19. "Huh! Unfair, why is everyone younger than me?" Yongsun pouted.

"I'm 19 too tho, you might be older than me" Felix giggled and pinched Yongsun's cheek.

"You better not be- both of you call me noona!" Yongsun said with confidence, happy that she was in charge.

"But you just sai-" "shush!" Yongsun cut Felix off. Felix frowned and did as he was commanded.

"Anyways, what clubs are you both joining? I'm gonna shine in the drama club, already made my stage name!" Yongsun said with a smile, proud of herself that she thought so much of the future.

"Swimming, obviously" Felix said with confidence, not realizing Yongsun's confused expression.

"I'll believe you when you get more muscles~!" Yongsun exclaimed, watching with amusement at Felixe's shocked expression.

"Hey! Just watch me I will prove to you that I am an amazing swimmer!" Felix exclaimed, knowing that he is an amazing swimmer and that he will show her it.

"Pff- sure!" Yongsun laughed.

Ignoring the devil beside him, Felix looked at Wonpil who has been pretty quiet "How about you?" he asked with a small tilt on his head.
