Monday - I didn't really listen to the meditation today. I have 3 projects due Wednesday so I wanted to finish those today so I don't have a lot of work to do.
Tuesday - I listened to it 3 times today. In the morning, when school finished, and right now. It's 9pm btw.
Wednesday - I listened 3 times again today. I sort of feel happier. I don't have as much self deprecating thoughts so yaay!
Thursday - Only listened at night today. I woke up late to my online class and forgot at the end of school.
Friday - Listened to the meditation 3 times. And I am sort of feeling happier.

Ok guys today is Saturday and overall I am feeling way happier. I think you guys should also try to use a positive vibrations sub or a meditation. I'm going to keep using this!!
I know I promised a story script. So I'm going to try and write one today and maybe have it uploaded by Tomorrow or Monday.
