Chapter 30 Hurt

(Luna's POV)

My father was standing by the door, with a tall glass of water in his hand

He didn't look angry or disappointed

He looked....hurt

"Dad" I said

He composed himself and walked over to the bed

He didn't say a word, he just walked over to the bed and grabbed my arm

Angel tried to hold onto my arm, but my dads grip on me was tighter then Angel's

I was pulled off of Angel and out the door

"Hey" Angel said, stumbling after me

My dad stopped walking and turned around

"Let her go" Angel said, sobering up

My dad let me go and punched Angel in the face

"No!" I yelled, trying to get to Angel as he stumbled to the ground

"Stop" I yelled, when Angel got back on his feet to punch him back

I grabbed Angel's wrist as I stood between them

"Stop" I said again

Angel let his arm fall down and slowly made his way down to interlock our fingers together

"What's going on?" I heard Helena call down from the bottom of the stairs

She and Cam made their way up the stairs

When they finally got to us, Helena frowned her eyebrows

"What's going on?" She asked when she saw Angel and I

"Nothing" my dad said, grabbing my arm and pulling me by his side

My hand was pulled out of Angel's and I could feel his grasp loosening on mine until his hand was no longer there

My dad push past Kim and ran down the stairs, with me by his side

When Angel started running after us, I stopped running and pulled my hand out of my dads

I ran over to Angel and kissed him

"It's okay" I said and then walked back to my dad

I knew that Angel wanted to chase after us, but I shook my head and walked out of the house with my dad

He pulled me into his car and slammed the door shut

We're stayed in silence

I didn't know where we were going, but I didn't want to break the silence

After about twenty minutes of driving, my dad stopped and parked on the beach side

He turned the car off and got out of the car without saying anything

He walked infront of the car and leaned against the car

I took a deep breath and took my seatbelt off, getting out of the car

I closed the door behind me and walked over to his side

We stayed in pure slience, until my dad finally spoke up

"How long?" He asked me

"What?" I asked

"How long has this been going on?" He asked me

"Sense we met" I told him

"Sense you met?" He asked me

"Well, a week after we met" I told him

"I see"

"Dad-" I started

"Did you sleep with him?" He asked me

"Dad!" I said

"DID YOU SLEEP WITH HIM?!" He yelled louder

His booming voice made me jump

"Yes" I said

My dad chuckled, shaking his head

He slowly walked away, running his fingers through his hair

"Dad, please, I love him" I said

"You love him?" He asked me

"Dad please" I said

"You're going to boarding school in England and you're breaking up with him. You will never see him and when you do, you will keep your distance" he yelled

"What? No!" I yelled

"You listen to me and you pay very close attention. You are 16 years old. Angel is 18. If you don't break up with him, I will call the police and put him in jail for statutory rape" he yelled, grabbing my chin

He made me stare into his eyes

The hurt was gone and all I saw was fury

"Dad, please no!" I cried out

"Don't you dare beg, you two are never going to be together you hear me, never" he growled

"You wouldn't do that to Helena, you wouldn't put her son in jail" I said

"Try me, you will do as I say and you will leave tomorrow for boarding school" he said to me

"You won't hurt him? You won't do anything against him?" I asked

I looked up at his eyes, waiting for him to answer

"You're breaking up with him" he said and got back in the car

I cried out, trying to calm my breathing

My dad waited in the car and waited for me to get in the car

I took a deep breath and wiped my eyes

I walked over to the passenger seat in the car and got in

My dad started the car and pulled out

As we drove closer to our home, I knew that I was getting closer to the end of my relationship with Angel

I was getting ready to end the one thing that kept me sane

I was going to not just break his heart, but my own in the process

I was going to distroy everything
