(Luna's POV)
I woke up the next morning to the sound of arguing coming from downstairs
I quickly got up and walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth
When I got out, the yelling had gotten louder and I could hear Helena and Angel arguing
I got the to about half way down the stairs
'Angel please, you can't' she said to him
'Of course I can' he said
'That would ruin everything I've worked for' she said
'Then put it all back and don't take anything else. This is Luna's home and she is finally getting to the point where she is excepting you" Angel said
"Angel" she said sternly
"Mother, put. it. back." He said slowly as if to get it through to her
She sighed
"Good, when I get back, they better be back" Angel said and started walking towards me
I gasped and silently ran back up the stairs, towards my bedroom
I closed my door behind me, once I was back in my bedroom
Taking stuff?
What was she taking?
Why?
I'm sure that dad already started giving her money, why would she need to steal things?
No, Luna, don't get ahead of yourself
Maybe there is an explanation for this
But what could be the reason for her stealing from the man she says she loves so much?
Unless she didn't really love my dad and she was doing this for his money
A loud knock on my door, made me come back to my senses
"Come in" I said
Angel's head popped in, with a smile
"Hi" he smiled at me
"Hey" I smiled back
Should I ask him now?
Would he tell me the truth?
"Earth to Luna. You in there? Is everything alright?" he asked me
I smiled again and nodded
"Everything's good" I smiled at him
"You sure?" he asked me, grabbing my hand
I nodded my head again
"Alright, did you sleep well?" he asked
"Like a baby" I told him
"Good" he said
"Well, I have to get ready for school, see you in a bit?" I asked
He nodded and smiled at him
"See you down stairs" he leaned down and kissed my cheek lightly
I giggled and nodded
Once he was gone, I quickly hopped into the shower and washed my hair
When I was done, I dried myself and changed into a pair of black high waisted shorts and a white Marilyn Monroe shirt.
I let my wavy hair fall over my shoulders and put on a red beanie, with red heels, that went along with Monroe's lips
I put on a bit of black eyeliner and mascara
I looked into the mirror and nodded
Perfect
I grabbed my books and headed down the stairs
When I got to the last stair, I saw Angel sitting on the couch, dressed in all black
"Wow, you look.....dangerous" I said, as he looked down at his phone
He started looking up at me, with a smirk on his face, but it . When he saw what I was wearing
"Whoa, you look......gorgeous" he smiled
I felt my face heat up
"I agree" I heard someone behind me
I turned around and saw a tall blonde smiling at me
He had beautiful blue eyes, much like Angel's
"And you are?" I asked him
"This is Cam, my brother" Angel said, appearing standing next to me
