how messed up is your sleep schedule?

seeing as i'm posting this at like 1:30 am, i would say bad. tbh my sleep schedule has been crap since birth but that's besides the point. the quarantine normal for me is falling asleep around 3 am and waking up anywhere between 10 am to 1 pm at the latest. there has been an instance where i stayed up to like 6:30 am because i couldn't fall asleep but that's a fluke in the system
