If you want to participate, first make sure you've completed all of the requirements, because we will be checking and it'll be a lot easier if everyone cooperates. I REPEAT, the last date to submit the form is July 31st.

But if the categories fill up quicker we'll definitely start earlier. And if we get a lot more popular and it overflows with more entries, we'll pop it up from 10 to 20 or so, or give people more time.
