Chapter 5

Next morning...

"Good morning..." Seon wished her.

"Good morning.. And again, happy birthday.." She wished and hugged him.

Then she suddenly remembered something.

"Last night I forgot one thing. Just give me a second." She said.

Then she got up from the bed, went out of the room, and brought him his birthday gift.

"Ta-da!! Here's your gift, quickly open it!" She exclaimed.

He opened the gift with excitement.

It was a white jacket.

"Do you like it?" she asked him curiously.

"I love it" he replied with a wide grin.

"Thank you very much for such a nice gift." He said.

"I have made a reservation in a restaurant for us. Let's go for dinner tonight." She said.

"That's great." He replied.

In the evening.

"Seon, get ready quickly. We are getting late." She said.

"I am coming. Give me two minutes." He replied.

"Even though I am a woman, I got ready quicker than you. Seon... Come fast...." She said while wearing her heels.

"How am I looking?" Seon asked.

She turned back and saw that he had worn that white jacket.

A big smile spread on her face but then she saw that he had worn that silver watch, so she became a little nervous.

"What happen? Don't I look good?" He asked her.

She came closer to him and said smilingly, "You look like the most handsome person in the world. Now let's go we are getting late."

"Give me a second, I forgot the keys." He said and went to the room.

When he came out with keys, she saw some bloodstains were on his jacket and the glass of his watch was also broken.

By seeing that she was so deadly scared that she started screaming by closing her eyes with her hands and started crying horribly.

He anxiously ran to her, held her and asked, "What happen Jenny? Why are you screaming like this? What happen?"

He held his hand and said, "Just look at me. And tell me what happen?"

She looked in his eyes and fearfully said, "I have seen bloodstains on your jacket, and even your watch was also broken."

After hearing that, he immediately checked his jacket and watch but everything was fine.

"Look!! There is nothing on my jacket even my watch is also fine. You come and sit on the sofa."

He made her sit on the sofa, gave her water, and asked "Did you take your medicine?"

She denied.

He gave her medicine.

"I think we should cancel our plan. You need to take a rest. Let me inform the restaurant." He said.

She stopped him and said, "No wait!! As I have taken the medicine I will be fine. I don't want to spoil your birthday. Let's go for dinner."

"Are you sure?" He asked anxiously.

She nodded her head as agreed.

Then they went for dinner.

In the car, Jenny was sitting silently and continuously watching outside.

"Jenny are you OK now? He asked her.

"Hmm... I am alright." She replied.

"Do you know how much scared I was at that time? You promise me, from now on you will take proper care of yours and take your medicine properly without forgetting." He said strictly.

She smiled and said, "Ok sir!! I promise that I will never forget to take my medicine and I will take care of myself too. Now happy?"

Then they laughed together.

Because of their conversation, he got distracted and didn't notice that the truck was coming from the other side. As a result, they got into an accident.
