Chapter 1

Sam's POV

Right now, walking into my house I heard my parents talking in the kitchen. I tiptoed to the doorway but didn't go in the kitchen and I heard them talking. It's about me.

"I know but we need to change schools again, every time we put her in a new school, poof she gets expelled on the first day by just talking back to the teacher and ignoring her and not doing anything" I heard my mom say.

"I know that. So I have to tell you something" my dad said.

"What is it?" My mom asked.

"Well you know how I told you my boss gave me a raise?" He said.

"Yeah what about it?" I heard my mom say.

"Well I had a job interview I never told you about and I got accepted!" My dad said, excitedly.

"Oh my god honey congratulations" I heard my mom say, I peeked in and she was hugging him.

"But it's in California and we're in Florida" he said.

"It doesn't matter, as long as we get Sam into new school" she said.

"Yeah. And I have some other news too. My boss gave me a new house there too!" He said.

"That's great!" I heard my mom say.

I stepped into the kitchen and they're heads turned to me.

"Sam, were you there the whole time?" Mom asked.

"Yeah actually, and congratulations dad on your new job" I said, hugging him.

"Thanks but aren't you excited to be going to California?" He asked.

"Yeah I'm looking forward to it. When do we leave?" I asked.

"Tomorrow night" he said.

"Oh well I better start packing" I said.

"Yeah you should" he said.

I went to the fridge and opened it and got some cream cheese and a bagel. I closed the fridge and put the bagel in the toaster.

"Well me and your mom are gonna go start packing" my dad said.

"Okay" I said. They both kissed my cheeks and left.

When my bagel popped out of the toaster, I grabbed and got a knife then put cream cheese on it. Cream cheese on a bagel is delicious. I then went upstairs to my room and jumped on my bed and went on Twitter on my laptop. I scrolled down on Twitter until I finished my bagel, then got off.

So let me introduce you to myself. My name is Samantha Brooks and I'm 18 years old. I'm 5'5 and I'm a badass. I get expelled from the schools I go to and my parents don't know what to do with me. I have brown hair that goes all the way down to my butt (A/N: Her outfit is in the picture above). That's pretty much it, oh I forgot something I'm also a prankster, actually the best prankster in the world. If you ever get in a prank war with me, well let's just say you never win. I'm always the champion. So yeah that's pretty much it.

I grabbed a towel and went to my walk in bathroom and got in the shower. I took about a 25 minute shower then got out. I wrapped the towel around me and got out of the bathroom. I dryed myself with the towel and went to my walk in closet and picked out a tank top and some shorts. I went to my drawer and got a pair of panties and a bra. I took the towel off and got dressed. I grabbed my towel and dryed my hair with it. Then I put it in a bun on top of my head. I went to my closet and took out my suitcases that I needed, then went straight to packing.

2 hours later.

I just finished packing and I tired as hell. I jumped on my bed and went fast asleep.

Next morning.

I woke up and it was 10:00 am. Boy am I tired. Hmm hat should I do today? I'm not going to school that's for sure. Instead I grabbed my phone front night stand and went on Instagram and Twitter. After about 20 minutes of being on my phone, I got hungry. I got up and put on my polar bear slippers hey don't judge. At home I'm usually all nice and stuff, I have no idea why. I got up and went downstairs and there was a note on the counter. It was from my mom an dad and it said they're at work. Well looks like I have the house all to myself. I grabbed a poptart and went t the game room. I grabbed my Xbox controller and started playing The Walking Dead game. I love this game. You really can't get enough of the walking dead. So yeah that's what I pretty much do all day was play on the Xbox. By the time it was 6 my parents came home and now we're on our way to the airport. Great now we have to wait for our flight. Great just great. About like 30 minutes later we were on the plane and going to California. My new life starts now.
