Carrie: so where r u taking me???
Brad: we can go jogging at the park just a couple minutes up the road. What did you want to tell me?
Carrie: oh yea, I told Mike that I was pregnant. He basically told me he cares more about his career than the baby. After that he left Im guessing to a bar because when he came back at the middle of the night he was drunk. I saw a hecky on his neck but I didnt want to ask him anything. Im scared of him.
Carrie began to cry, Brad motioned to her to sit in the middle seat next to him. She did and he hugged her with his arm. Brad turned on the radio and lucky enough "Ih Love" was playing, their first duet they ever did. She immediately smiled at him and they began to sing their parts of the song. Sure enough when the song was over they has arrived at the park. It had a track surrounding with beautiful trees all around. They both began to stretch and warm up. Brad couldn't stop starring at Carrie's body, it was so perfect. That was one of the things Brad loved about her, always trying to take care of her body. Carrie noticed Brad starring at her she gave him a wink face😉. They began running both had their earphones on do they didn't talk to eachother while they ran. While they ran Brad's phone began to vibrate it was Huck his son. Carrie looked to her right but didn't see Brad, she turned around and saw him on the phone talking loudly then all of sudden he dropped it. His face looked like he was in panic. Carrie ran back and
asked him whats wrong.
Brad: Huck said he tried waking up Kim but she not answering him.
They immediately ran back to his truck and drove back to Brad's house. When he got inside his room Kim was laying their bed. She looked pale. Huck and Jasper ran up to Carrie crying and began hugging her legs. Carrie loved Brad's kids she treated them like she was her real mom. They called her aunt Carrie. Brad called 911 he kept trying to do cpr but she wouldn't respond. Finally the paramedics arrived and put her on a stretcher. Brad asked Carrie if she can watch the kids. She gladly said yea no problem.
Brad: Ill call you when I recieve any news and thanks. He left with the ambulance to the hospital. Carrie took the kids to their room and put Toy Story on so they can get their mind off of what just happen. Before the movie ended they were already asleep. Carrie grabbed her phone, she had missing calls from her mom and Miranda. Mike hadn't called at all, at that moment she realized that she and Mike dont belong together and she would rather raise their baby alone. She called her mom
Carrie: hey mom sorry for not answering your calls it just that so much has happened.
Mom: its ok no worries. Are you ok? Do you feal like something is wring with your pregnancy?
Carrie: no not that its just me and Mike have been fighting so much that u can't stand it anymore. I dont want to be with him and I rather raise my baby by myself.
Mom: you know that we have your back with all your decisions you make no matter what. We love you.
Carrie: i love you guys too. Im at Brad's house taking care of Huck and Jasper.
Mom: oh I haven't seen Brad in a while, not since the CMAs last year. Wait your taking care if them... Wheres Brad at??
Carrie: well me and him went for a jog this morning and he got a call from Huck saying that Kim wouldn't wake up so we drove back here. He called an ambulance and asked me if I can take care if his kids. So yea Im glad he asked me, anything for Brad.
Mom: omg tell Brad im sorry and I will be praying for Kim.
After a couple seconds they said goodbye and hunged up the phone. Carrie then texted Miranda the same thing what she told her mom about Mike, Brad, and Kim. Hours passed by Carrie called Brad but he wouldn't answer. She began to get tired so she layed down next to Jasper and fell asleep....
