Y/n POV
I got everything packed and I'm ready to leave my old house. Now I just have to text Zane and tell him I'm on my way.
~Time skip to when Y/n gets to Zane's ~
Why am I feeling nervous all of a sudden? I have known Zane since high school. I mean we haven't seen each other since we graduated but we still texted each other almost every night. I finally got the courage to walk onto his porch and knock on his door. After a few seconds of standing there the door opened up. Wow...Zane has definitely changed a lot after high school.

"Hey Zane, long time no see huh?" I said to him smiling widely. Zane didn't say anything but pull me into a really tight hug, swinging us back and force on his porch. This boy looks like he is about to cry in any given minute. "Heh it's nice to see you as well Zane" I say. Zane laughs at my small joke and pulls us into the house still hugging. "Zane you do realize that I have to unpack my things right?" I say while laughing as he still hasn't let go of me. "Yeah you're right, as always. Here I'll help you unpack to we can get it over with" he finally says as he lets go of the hug. Now from and outsider point of view it would look like Zane and I are dating since we are so close to each other but what they don't know is that I'm a lesbian. I just so happen to have a "small" crush on Lucinda the neighborhood witch. Now I doubt she even likes girls so I probably won't ever get a chance with her but it's fine I guess. Anyways! Zane and I finally got all of the boxes inside of his house. The only thing we have to do now is actually unpack and that is probably gonna take all day.
~Timeskip to when they are done unpacking~
"Whew! Finally we are done!" I said as I put on more thing away. I forgot to mention that I for some reason brought a lot of things with me so it took awhile. Zane didn't say anything but grunt into the couch cushion. "Zane you're fine. I'm the one who did all of the work basically so why are you so tired?" I said as I looked at him on the couch. "Shut up Y/n I had just amount of work as you did and now I'm tired and want to sleep" he said while giving me a soft glare. Zane has always had a soft spot for me so he usually doesn't get that mad at me. He says I'm like a sister he never had, which is adorable. I also see him as my brother. I also sometimes uses the cute little nickname that his mom gave him. He absolutely hates it but I do it anyways! Aren't I the nicest person to ever exist. "Well ZuZu if your that tired the go up to your room and sleep. It's getting late anyways." I said to him knowing he is going to glare at me even more. And as I predicted he did glare at me. "I'm going to ignore that fact you called me ZuZu and take up your idea and go to bed." He said while slowly getting up from the couch and going to his room. I watch as he goes upstairs and closing his door. Eh, might as well get some sleep as well since tomorrow I'll probably be going out to meet my neighbors. I go upstairs to my room and close the door. I get into my pajamas and get into bed and slowly drift off to sleep.

This is my first chapter of it so please tell me if you like it or not. This is my first time doing a x reader book but I have read a lot so I got the basics down. Hope you enjoy this new book!
