I got out of the car and was greeted by screaming fans, more like Demis fans.
"Hey Naya you're here again" Her fans have grew a liking to me seeing me almost everyday. I made my way through the front doors. I said hi to the desk lady who always sees me everyday, once I was outside her room I knocked knowing I wouldn't get a response but just to make sure. I sighed and opened the door to be greeted with Demi's family. They all looked at me clearly confused as to what I was doing here. I never met her family and they never met me so it was kinda awkward for me
"Who are you?" The little one spoke up, she looked like she was in her teen years
"Naya. Naya Rivera" she smiled
"Hi Naya nice meeting you" A lady who I guessed was her mom greeted me "Demi has told me a lot about you" Hearing her say that made my heart flutter, she talks about me to her parents.
I held my hand but she pulled me in for a hug catching me by surprise. Her whole family greeted me and I didn't feel as out of place as I did before.
I sat on the floor since there wasn't any more seats left. I looked at Demi who looked lifeless, why couldn't she just wake up. I mean she has her whole family waiting for her...even me.
"Naya?" I turned facing her sister Dallas
"She's going to be okay. I know it's been a month but she's going to be okay" I sadly smiled at her and got up
"Do you guys want something from the vending machine" They all looked at me
"Nay-" Dianna started but getting cut off by the youngest one
"I want something" Maddie said making me chuckle lightly
"Okay no problem I could get you something what do you want kiddo?"
"I'm not a kiddo I'm 12 okay and I want M&Ms" I chuckled leaving the room to get something for her. Once I was back I saw them getting up getting ready to leave
"Naya you're back. We were about to leave its getting late and we have to get back to the hotel" I nodded handing the pack of m&ms to Maddie, she hugged me and whispered a thank you.
Everyone told me goodbye, Dianna was the last one to say goodbye as she pulled me into a hug
"I know you've been here for Demi while we weren't here and I respect that" I blushed at what she had just said.
"I know you don't like her like that, that's what she told me but please at least be there for her be her friend. Take care of her. We aren't going to be here tomorrow so please just take care of her while we aren't here" I nodded taking her words into the heart 'take care of her' repeated in my mind, I will.
Once she left I sat on the same chair I always sit at, I laced or fingers together and for a moment I could've swore I saw her fingers move a little, I shrugged it off thinking it was my mind playing with me
"Demi I miss you I know I say this every time I come here but I really do I freakin miss you so damn much. I miss your smile, your famous grins you always gave me. I miss it" I looked down trying to hold in my tears, I always get so emotional when it involves spilling out feelings.
I felt her fingers move again in my hand making me look up, she started moving her hand, then her eyes fluttered wide open, those eyes then turned towards me looking at me intently, I gulped starting to get nervous at her staring
"I'm g-going to get the doctor" I stuttered out making her smile.
I found Dr.Turner talking to some other doctors. I told him all about what happened making him rush out to her patient, once we were back in the room he started checking around the machines
