The Aftermath

KOL POV

'luke, luke please come back!' she screams into his chest as i kneel down opposite her

I place my hand softly on her shoulder as she moves her shoulder away from me she looks into my eyes pain filling them

'What happened?' i say softly as she holds his head to her chest as she cries shaking her head

'i didn't mean to it was an accident i couldn't ...... it was too.... i couldn't stop and  now his...his dead' she whimpers

i nod softly at her she lays him back on her lap as she cradles his face smiling sadly at him

'What did Garret do to you?' i murmur

'He....i told him not to... he kept...im a monster' she whimpers as she looks down at him blood still around her mouth

i look down seeing two marks by his neck then it hits me

'Kira did you?' i start as she nods looking down as she cries

'Now his gone and i can smell it all around us and its driving me insane i just want it to stop i want Luke back' she cries as i take a deep breath

'You need to let me take you out of here ' i say softly as i hold out my hand

'I did this..... i promised i wasn't going to hurt him Kol his dead his dead' She cries

'Kira let me help you' i say softly  as she looks at my hand

'KIRA!' Klaus and the others all shout

she pulls Luke up to her chest as she looks over at them her eyes going a shade of red as the veins under her eyes appear

I kneel back down opposite her as i grab her shoulders

'Kira breath okay breath' i say

'Stay back!' Kira yells to the other as she swallows hard 

i look back to them nodding as they all standstill

'Kira look at me' I say as i smell Landons scent and hopes

'Focus on my breathing okay?' i say

i hear Davina telling hope to get Landon out of here

'I.. dont want to leave him he will be all alone Kol cant you bring him back give him your blood hope could heal him or freya or Vincent or..' she says as i look at her

'Kira his gone i'm sorry' i say as she shakes her head now laying her head on Lukes chest

'Give him to me kira i swear i wont hurt him we just need to take him somewhere safe' i say as she cries

'Kira trust me do you trust me?' I say as she looks at me nodding softly as i nod my head at her

she lets go of Luke as she stands up taking a step back covering her mouth as i bend down to pick him up as his bloodstains onto my hands as  i see Kira breathing heavy

'Marcel!' i yell as he vamps over and takes Luke from my arms

I watch as Kira fall to the floor she heavily cries screaming

I fall down next to her as i place my hand on her shoulder  as her eyes dart everywhere as she mutters under her breath repeatedly

'Kira?' i say placing my hand on her cheek  as her eyes focus on mine

'His gone Kol his gone and his never coming back' she says biting her lip

my hands weave through her hair to the back of her head as i pull her towards my chest as she sobs
