i wake up from my nap after that exhusting family meeting  to my phone beeping like mad i roll over and grab my phone seeing 4 missed calls off hope and two off klaus  i groan and place it back down trying to go back to sleep as my phone vibrates likes crazy i sit myself up angryly and see hopes name pop up on the screen  i click the answer button

"hello?' i say

"kira did i wake you" she asks

"no" yes "whats up? i ask

" theres a festival going on and i really want to go but klaus wont let me go" she says fustrated

i laugh at her anger "its dad to you and why wont he let you go?" i ask

"because his busy and im vunerable i said i could go with someone but he said no" she sighs

"so did you call me to rant about my brother or is there a point" i tease

"you say you didnt get to live your teenage life" she starts as i hum in agreement " so teenagers always sneak out" she says

" where do you want me to meet you?" i say she squeals in excitment before telling me the adress 

ending the call i roll my eyes at the idea of walking i really need to learn how to drive i think to myself before kol interupts my thoughts by giving me whiplash vamp speeding past me  i slip my phone into my backpocket as i walk into the kitchen confused as i see him drinking orange juice i look at him even more confused

'hey kol i cant run that fast you cheated!' davinas voice shouts i laugh now understanding the purpose of the whiplash

i walk over to him and rip the orange juice from his lips he starts to object but i hold my hand up

'sorry i just like davina more' i tease he rolls his eyes as he licks his lips

'so little miss on a mission whats on the ajenda today?' he asks i shrug

'just going to go on a little walk with hope learn all about this new world' i smile he nods as he starts to prepare breakfast i sit on the side and smile at kol as he catches my face

'what is it little sister?' he says pausing what hes doing

'kol i want to learn how to drive' he smirks

'thats new' he smiles i continue to look at him  he coughs on the small block of cheese in his mouth

'what now?' he says i shake my head

'obviously not but i would appriecate a lift' i say smiling  he rolls his eyes as he grabs his coat

'come on then, dee can you finish off breakfast' he shouts before walking grumpily out of the door

I stand next to hope as we wave goodbye to kol 'he wont tell your dad right?' i ask she shakes her head

'nope uncle kol knows where i am and what im doing at all times anyway so he just lets me do it,shall we go?' she smirks and waves her hands at me my lazy outfit turning into a beautifull summers dress i smile at her

'thank you,lead the way' she latches onto my arm harshly as she draggs me to the festival

'is there any reason why you wanted to come to this festival?' i ask smirking she turns a shade of red as i see landon looking around i laugh

'ah you dad didnt want you going out on a date' i say she turns to me

'kira his a good guy surely you can tell' she pleads i look over and see him trying to subtly fix the cake tower that he has collapsed  i roll my eyes

'fine but im staying' i say she smiles

'good' she says before running off to landon.

After a while i become bored and decide to try the food i pick up a slice of cheese and savour the taste in my mouth as a young man comes up to me

'the cheese good?' he asks i turn around abit shocked as i steady myself against the table

'hmm yeah its alright' i say he smiles

'so what is a lovely lady like yourself doing eating cheese alone?' he asks i laugh to my self and look behind him seeing landon swirling hope around

'anyone home?' the man says i look at him

'sorry im here with someone' i say he looks around

'which one?' i point out hope

' thats my niece' he smiles 

'shes beautifull' he smiles i smile

'yeah she is isnt she?' he nods in agreement as a woman walks by with flowers bundled in a circle

the man leans over and gives her money in exchange for the flowers he smiles and leans his hands up to me resting the flowered head piece on my curles i feel my cheeks flush slightly

'hi' he says

'hey' i laugh

'im luke' he says his hand out i shake it

'kira'i reply he moves to lean against the table next to me

'so you from around here?' he asks  i look up at him as he turns his head to me

'erm yeah just down the road you?' i ask

'i live far from here but im down on buisness at the stables down the road' i smile as he turns around grabbing a slice of bread spreading something across it

'here try this its a berry blend' i move back a little at first then he bears his white pearly teeth at me 'its nice trust me' he says 

'why should i trust you?' i ask arms crossed he shakes his head

'because i have a pretty face' he smirks moving it closer to my mouth i open it as he puts it in i chew for a while before my mouth fills with extrodanary flavours

' taste good' i say he smiles

'see i told you' he says smirking i roll my eyes 

'so now i tried yours will you try mine?'  i ask holding a piece of bread with a cheese spread  he shrugs crossing his arms

  'why should i trustyou?' he mocks i roll my eyes

'because i have a pretty face' i tease he smiles studying my  face

'yes you do' he smiles as i bring the cheese closer to him as he takes a bite not breaking eye contact

'beautifull really beautifull' he whispers i smile placing the bread down

'care to dance?' he asks bowing to me  im about to respond when hope comes up to me with a stressed out landon

'kira?' she says worried i look at her and see landons head bleeding  i see the crimson read dripping down his sweat beadead forehead

'what happend?' luke asks  hope explains what happend as i look around seing a man smirking behind a tree

'ill take you to the hospital' luke says to  landon as he nods in agreement hope smiles sympatheticly at him

'ill see you around' luke smiles.
