So Neil went home from the hospital after Barry pranked him and so he went home and slept. It's morning and he went back to the hospital to see everyone.

Neil: the first thing I did was check in and then I went straight to Adam's room. I really cared about him to be honest I cared for him more than anyone. We've known each other for so long I can't wait to see him. Him and Brad are like my ikigai (reason to get up in the morning). I don't know what I would do without them.

Neil: * I walked in and Pete was there with Barry

Neil: good morning everyone

Barry and Pete: good morning

Neil: Adam just looked at me and smiled

Neil: Adam hey how ya feeling

Adam: same old same old

Neil: you getting any better

Adam: just a little

Neil: that's kind of good news at least you aren't getting worse

Adam: ya

Barry: hey Neil how'd you sleep

Neil: well considering I thought you died yesterday * I glared at him* suprised I didn't have a nightmare

Pete: to be honest I've never seen you so flustered in my life it was hilarious

Neil: Pete be quiet

Pete: whatever *he mumbled and whispered* little drumstick

Neil: WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY

Barry: RUN PETE RUN *Barry sprinted and Pete dashed out of there as Adam giggled a bit *

Neil: *I smiled* it's hard not to smile when Adam does

Adam: hey Neil can you shut the door

Neil: *I went to shut the door* what did you wanna tell me?

Adam: well I didn't want to say it in front of Pete and Barry but I lied

Neil: about?

Adam: I'm not getting better

Neil: Adam what do you mean

Adam: I'm in pain and I was hit the worst out of everyone

Neil: well there just broken bones

Adam: it's more then that. I was so close to dieng Neil

Adam: what If I did die?

Neil: Adam stop, don't think like that

Adam: Neil ?

Neil: yes

Adam: if I do die or if you leave before I'm ok, I want you to take this * he handed Neil his guitar pick*

Neil: hey I remember this you lost the same one a few years after this

Adam: I want you to keep it

Neil: ok the gesture is nice but your not gonna die , your over reacting

Adam: well just in case

Neil: I'll take it but please don't think like that

Adam: I'll stop

Neil: thank you

Adam: but only for you

Neil: *I turned red* Adam stop seriously your gonna make me blush
