George stopped when I pushed the books on the cabinet aside and found a fascinating discovery on the part of the wall where the space or center of 'U' assembled by books is against. The lower portion on the wall of U-space is attached with a bigger sized metal hoop. Above it are two small hoops of same size with what we've found on the ceiling. The hoops are horizontal in appearance. Below these hoops are heavy-sized books. It appears that the bigger hoop fits the narrowness of U-space.

I finished George's sentence, "To conclude, the four deaths is a work of the same man with slick methods."
"It is." he agreed. He regarded the hoop on the ceiling and hoops on the U-space wall quietly and repeatedly. As he's doing this, I pulled the paper from the file George offered to me a while ago. It includes a list. I took a picture of that and sent it to a partner from my current place.
George fail to notice this as he's deep in thought. I observed him shriek when his eyes set to the door yet he didn't say anything. He walked instead towards the telephone and wearing gloves, he press the switch hook and dials all the digits of the number pad. He did this three times. When contented, he reached for a single photograph from the envelope. I peered at this and I saw the last digits registered on the screen of Dain's telephone.
George said that Dain's fingerprints on the telephone is matched with his fingerprints on own cellphone which is only touched by Dain himself. If this is so, Dain input the code.
I draw close to George to see the telephone's number pad. If Dain typed the number before his time of death, it could be that he sends a message to us or he saw his murderer before meeting his end.
"What does the perpendicular line mean then?"
George must've heard my inquiry because he respond, "It's sort of a space when registered on telephone screen but it is only a hash sign of the telephone's number pad."
Pinindot niya ang hash o number sign para i-demonstrate ito. It created a perpendicular line on the screen like what he said.
Considering this was true, then the message is a number sign and a 5. If Dain wanted help, then why didn't he continue the digits? Why did he stop? Was he shot before he continue typing? What does he want to tell us or, does this code really mean something? Maybe Dain was calling for a colleague but why did he put a number sign to begin with? Or maybe he wants to call the police or hospital?
George tapped the table to contemplate. I saw that he recognized the list I'm handling and he took the paper. He surveyed it for a while. It made me do the same thing prior to realizing something.
To confirm the idea, I examine the paper again. I was wrong. It doesn't exist. George must've read my mind for he advised, "The victim is shot from the back, right?"
He adjusted the telephone and I saw the light he wants to throw upon. We glance at each other like we're both thinking the same thing. We compared the list to the adjusted telephone and cipher found from screen. We both cried in triumph.
"Now it makes sense why Dain is the only one who left the telephone disorganized and why his death carries uniqueness." he concluded in delight.
A Director's officer approached us and give a sealed pack of Dain's things, "Nahanap ho namin sa bulsa ng biktima. Baka kailangan niyo ho."
Those were the keys that Dain and I duplicated yesterday. It also contains my original keys. I took it and confirmed if the keys are complete. I paused when Dain's key caught my attention.
Our prayers were answered by the time when my memory recalled what Dain said previously. Kung pakaiisipin, ebidensya na lamang ang kulang namin. Now we would follow the evidence's trail using the thing in front of us.
"The only thing we need to do George is to catch the criminal. Don't worry about the proof because the suspect carries it." I assert him.
My phone vibrated. It was the signal for the 'just' vengeance to be committed when I saw the message.
"We can finally meet the guy, Andrei. Of course, it will be convenient if we played with him eh?" he request with a conceited smile trusting my frankness.
I raise the paper we checked minutes ago, "Sure because some people on this list have a guilt to confess too."
