***Cori's Pov***
I am so lucky my mom bought that excuse, because I didn't really know what to say. I began to do my homework and the guys showed up just a little bit after I had started it.
***Cori's MOM's pov***
"Oh, you guys are home,"I said. "I'll get the food started for you if you want or you can eat whatever."
"We will just eat a snack and then have dinner,"Kendall said.
As they all got their snacks I asked them how hockey tryouts went, and they looked at me as if I asked them the hardest math question that was on a test.
"Why are you guys look at me like that?" I asked.
"What hockey tryouts?"They all asked back.
"The one's that Cori said you went to."
"We didn't go to any tryouts,"James said.
"Yeah and besides it is not even hockey season,"Logan added.
"But Cori said that your school was having tryouts early, so they can get practice started."
"Well she lied,"Carlos said.
"Ya, I can put two and two together. My question is why would she do that?" I asked and they all shrugged.
Well I guess I will have to find out somehow.
