School

The clock now read 7:57.

"Thanks dad. You're the best" I sqeaul giving him a hug.

"bye princess" Dad smiles as I exit his car.

"bye dad" I smile as I watch his car drive off.

I realise I had few minutes till the bell rang so I quickly begin walking into school.

Cesar joins me as I walk through the school gates.

"Hey boyfriend" I giggle playfully punching him in the arm.

I wish I could say that to Latrelle.

Cesar gives me a smile before replying with "Hey girlfriend".

I bet he wishes he could say that to Monse.

We spot Monse and Ryan walking towards us. They were holding hands which made Cesar uncomfortable.

"Look what we have here" Jasmine sings as she pushes in between me and Cesar.

We all stand there watching Monse and Ryan walk up to us.

"Hey guys" Monse smiles.

"Hey" I reply back as Cesar coughs awkwardly.

Jasmine kept singing quietly causing Cesar to angrily hold my hand.

"Look what we have here" Cesar smiles kissing the back of my palm.

"Oooh yess finally I can make my move on Ruby without you two getting in my way" Jasmine squeals eyeing me and Monse.

"We were never in your wa.." I scoff.

"Hush sweetie" Jasmine whispers placing her finger on my lips.

"I swear if you don't get away from me I will-" I growl before getting interrupted.

"Ruuuubyyyy" Jasmine squeals as skips away.

We all watch as she leaps into Ruby's arm causing them both to fall.

"What just happened?" Ryan laughs.

"I honestly don't know" Monse smiles eyeing me and Cesar.

I realised me and Cesar were still holding hands so I quickly let go and rush inside the school.

Cesar chases after me causing Monse to smile.

For first period I had maths and so did Cesar.

We didn't sit next to eachother but this lesson Cesar decided to sit next to me.

Which was a bad idea cause people could not stop asking if we were dating. It was starting to get on my nerves.

People began whispering as they saw us together.

"The whole school thinks we're dating" I whisper resting my head on the desk.
