and regrets are the cause and effect of living in fear?
Who can help protect the innocence of our children,
stolen on the internet with images they can't forget?

I became a savior to some kids I'll never meet.
Sent a check in the mail to buy them something to eat.
What will you do to make a difference, to make a change?

This is "Looking For Angels" by Skillet. I just made a few changes in the grammar. I put this in here cause some people (like my mother) need to realize that there is some serious stuff going on in the world and that it's still important to take care of. It's all the little things. Most people don't realize that suicide happens almost everyday and that there are people dying everyday because of greedy people and hunger. They just turn the other cheek. This world needs to wake up and there are so many people who are trying to help create awareness, but no one listens to them. It's the reason why I like bands and singers like Avril Lavigne and Skillet. And why I like alternative music. They speak about the world and if you just listen to their words, you can hear that they are breaking because of all these things. But so many people are just focused on a good beat that they don't notice the words and the message. That's how they end up shrugging everything off and squeeze the life out of the needy. We need to be aware about this and help to change the world for the better. What will you do to change the world?
And not exactly relevant much but you know how if you don't finish your food, your parents say that there are children/people who have no food? I wonder how that's supposed to make le children feel grateful and actually finish their food. If you can't eat it, give it to a poor person. Help someone instead of yourself. I wonder how no one can understand that😑
