Chapter 2: Amusement Park

Hoseok had woken up early that morning. Today he had patrol duty with the person he was training, Kim Taehyung. Every police officer is given at least one student to whom they would teach several duties.

Kim Taehyung was fresh out of the police academy and he had excelled in all of the fields. So he was put under Jung Hoseok, the Deputy Police Officer. After all the trainees training is complete, they have 2 options, either they stay with their teacher as their partner or they take a new position within the police department.

Hoseok finished the remaining rosemary tea, that he had made that morning, and settled the cup back on the table in front of him. He again grabbed the newspaper side that he had left in order to finish his tea and resumed his reading. While reading, he made small hums and ha's.

When he heard his phone going off just for 3 seconds,  he got the signal, he closed the newspaper perfectly and laid it on the table. He grabbed his tea cup and his breakfast plate and put them in the sink. He washed his hands in the sink and dried them with the towel that was hung on the towel rack just beside the sink.

He then proceeded to make his way towards the doorway. He slipped on his heavy boots and grabbed the gun laid on the table. He tucked the gun inside it's respective place and grabbed his house keys. He heard his phone ringing again and quickly sprayed a bit of perfume that was also kept there. He ran towards his phone which was charging and put it in his pocket.

He opened his apartment door and made his way towards the elevators. He took his phone out of his pocket in the elevator and quickly typed 'coming' and sent it. When the elevator door opened, he jogged his way towards the police car. He opened the passenger side door and was greeted with a very cute boxy smile. Hoseok reciprocated the smiled and side-hugged the male.

"Good morning hyung!" He said.

"Morning Tae." Hoseok said.

"Where do you have your patrolling today?" Hoseok asked Taehyung as Taehyung put the keys into ignition re-starting the car.

"Today, I have patrolling in only the Seoul Amusement Park. They said that there is a pretty big fare taking place today and they also sent some more police to patrol the area." Taehyung replied.

"Ok. Let's go to that area." Hoseok said. Then the two best friends fell into a peaceful silence. Being a police officer, they had become a morning as well as a night person. You never know when you are being called for an emergency. Hoseok, when he was a trainee also excelled in all of the fields in the police academy. He was under a female Deputy officer and when she resigned from office to take care of her growing family, they instantly recruited Hoseok on her position.

That is why Hoseok, in a very young age, became the deputy officer. Before Taehyung, he had many other students under him and all of them were so intelligent and were so eager to finish their training and start the actual phase of being an officer.

There were many officers under Hoseok who were so talented that after their training, they were recruited by army themselves or the South Korea's spying companies. 

Taehyung parked his car once they reached the amusement park. It was closed at the moment so they decided to grab a snack and take a ride around the area to ensure that there is no suspicious activities.

They had stopped at Hoseok's favorite snack cafe and they had ordered a blueberry muffin, a chocolate brownie, two hot chocolates and 5 mini chocolates. While they were taking a ride around the area, they sipped on their hot chocolates. They had decided to eat the remaining things later as they would be here for the whole day and they won't even have a lunch break.

While patrolling the area, Hoseok recognized the area as the 'rich' area. This area contained many known celebrities. Like Lee Min Ho, though he was away on his military serving. He is Hoseok's favorite celebrity.
