Mega woke up to the sound of bird chirping. He looked at the alarm clock.
'It's... 7 a.m.'
He rolled out bed, put his feet on the ground and went to the bathroom to wash his face.
As soon as he washed his face, he went to the kitchen.
"Good morning" Ivy smiled. Mega kept his silence. "My boss called me and told me that I have to get in early" she looks at Mega "you might have to leave early" she continued.
"I-it's alright"
"I mean you can stay if you want"
"N-no, I have to go back home anyway"
"Oh? Where do you live exactly?"
"Outside town.."
Mega sat down. "Here, I made you a cup of coffee" Ivy offered.
"Thanks"
Later
Mega walked down the street. 'Almost there' he pant. He jumped over the gate making sure to not make any sound.
Thud. 'Okay that was fucking loud' he thought to himself. He sat by the gate, tired from walking.
"Meow"
'The hell?'
He looked around and saw what seem to be a fluffy ball, a kitten is what I meant.
Mega grabbed the kitten. 'Cute...'.
The kitten purrs in Mega's hand.
"MEGA WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!"
