i started running again! to distract me from listening to my thoughts...it's been working, more or less, for the most part. and i picked up a diet! i'm gonna try eating healthier and i actually thought about going to the gym. i decided start working out there again and even more than before!
maybe we could meet up...like old times? if you don't want to, it's totally fine!
but other than that, i'm really excited! let's hope this works out!
