The class was so quiet that only the sound of pens writing on papers could be heard. The clicking sound of pen broke the almost complete silence. Ally propped her chin with her left hand while her right hand continuously played with the pen in her hand. She looked blankly at the paper on her table.

Ally, Jessie and Lauren seemed to be very down and pissed. They were having a psychology pop quiz, and none of them were studying the day before as the three of them were busy doing their assignments. Time was almost over so they had to write any answer that was relevant.

Students who had finished answering had submitted the paper and left the classroom, leaving only a few students who were still busy and struggling to answer the quiz. When the time for answering the quiz was over, all of the students submitted their papers to the lecturer and left. Jessie was the last person to submit the paper.

"What a horrible day to start with." Ally said as she was putting her stuffs in her bag.

Ally did not want her friend to feel bad for her situation as she did not speak a word since morning. She was still devastated for what happened to herself but she did not want her friends to feel uncomfortable with her attitude and behaviour.

"Totally agreed." Lauren replied. She felt relieved when Ally finally spoke as she had never seen her friend being so quiet. She took a glance at Ally's face. She looked fine, but Lauren knew the she was still hurting deep inside her heart. Maybe she did not want to think about it too much, so she acted normal.

Jessie gave Ally a tight hug and whispered, "I love you Ally. We're here if you need wanna talk. Anythime."

"Aww, I love you too." She patted Ally's back.

"Wait. How about me? Don't you love me? Both of you?" Lauren interfered, wanting to make the situation less awkward.

"Are you hungry? Cause I am." Ally pretended to ignore Lauren and talked to only Jessie.

"Excuse me?!" Lauren pinched Ally's arm. Ally flinched and groaned.

"Yeah I am. Let's go eat. I'm so hungry." Jessie grabbed Ally's hand and dragged her.

"GUYS??!" Lauren shrieked. She crossed her arms and looked at both of her friends.

"We love you too, Lauren." Ally chuckled as she grabbed her hand. "Let's go. I'm starving."

Jessie looked at Lauren, she smiled and nodded. Lauren did the same thing. Only both of them understood the meaning of the smile and the nodding. They finally felt relieved that Ally did not feel overwhelmed by the sadness. Well, at least not for now. They knew that she was trying her best to hide her emotion, that she did not want her friends to feel worried about her. But they believed, sooner or later, she would want to talk about that to them. Willingly.

Jessie, who wore a black shirt and white jeans, that matched her white sneakers, was looking for an empty table at the cafeteria while Ally and Lauren were ordering foods. She walked here and there to look for one but every table was taken. She was about to move to the other corner of the cafeteria when she saw a group of people that was about to leave. She quickly went to the table and sit there after they left. Fortunately the students took away their rubbish and things so the table was clean.

Jessie noticed that Ally and Lauren had done ordering their food and were carrying the trays that had their foods on it. It looked like they were looking for Jessie, as their head was turning around and eyes looking around the cafeteria. Jessie put her right hand up and wave, hoping that both of them could see her.
