have you ever shook or tapped your foot until your entire leg was sore, making you feel like you had just been in a marathon even though you've barely moved at all?
have you ever picked at the skin around your nails until your hands were red and raw, or blood stained whatever you touched?
have you ever chewed your cheek so much that the skin formed knots, and left painful sores when you wouldn't stop?
have you ever messed with your hair until it matted, formed knots that pulled so tight on your scalp that your hair fell out and you lived with a constant headache?
have you ever ground your teeth so much that the ones in the back, where the most pressure was placed shattered and disintegrated until you were left with nothing but a toothache?
