Chapter 9: It's Quiet Uptown

(Dang I haven't updated this book in forever, I mean it was on hold but still. Now I really want to finish this and it will probably be my last Ocean book since most of you know her story by now but their are some people who still don't know so I'll be making a brief summary of her life. Anyway with all of that said let's get to it)

Two years had passed since the affair and Ocean still wouldn't talk to Thomas, No matter how much he tried. Austin saw this going on and couldn't bare to see his parents fight but what was he supposed to do?

Austin sighed and took a walk downtown were a guy named Jordan Eker was trash talking his father. Austin was really mad and challenged him to a dual which ended with him getting shot

Austin was taken to the hospital where Thomas and Ocean had to watch as their first born son die in their arms. After the death of their son, Ashley went mentally insane and despite their best attempts, Ashley was pronounced dead a few days later

With all the death in their house they decided to move uptown where it was much quieter then what they were used to. Thomas didn't give up, he did everything he could to make Ocean happy and try to forgive him

But he was starting to lose hope after being shutdown many times but then the impossible happen, she forgave him. Thomas broke down in tears and Hugged his wife, he truly didn't deserve her but here she was

After that happened things started to take a turn

First of all his brother and his worst enemy were fighting for president since Ido retired

And second, a lot of people were asking him who he was gonna vote for

Thomas didn't want to vote, he had just lost two children but he knew he had to cause the vote ended up being a tie

So despite Axel being his brother, he didn't vote for him, he voted for Chat which made Axel really mad and challenged him to a duel
