EVEREST LOVEJOY was best friends with Stanley Barber, for as long as he can remember and they never really stopped, they would spend days hanging out despite their different styles and personalities. Stanley's being a unique style and unlike other teen's in their town.
Whereas Everest wore things that he felt like wearing, dark clothes and chains around his neck with a lot of rings. Stanley always called him emo-boy since he got the style when he was thirteen years old. Everest calls him weirdo.
As Juniors in high school, Everest became more social with many people more than just Stanley, sometimes even talking to girls. A lot. He caught the eye of one specifically, Celeste Zepeda, one of the rich girls who everyone always assumed thought they were better than everyone else, when in reality, she was just a sweetheart. And Everest really liked that a about her. A lot.
When Everest finds himself hanging out with Celeste a lot more until he ended up hooking up with her, and he ends up telling his best friend, Stanley Barber about it, who in return just feels pressure about losing his own virginity.
