There's a chance that the target can freeze making them immobilize for 5 seconds. After the freeze, target receives a decrease to Move Speed, Evasion, and Health are decrease by % for 7 seconds. 30 second cooldown

Skill 2: Hail Storm- Every 13 seconds, send out a airstrike that freeze targets in their place. If hit successfully, Habakkuk receives a increase to Evasion, Reload, Aviation, and Accuracy by % for 6 seconds.

Skill 3: Cold Heart- Every 20 seconds, a shield appears on Habakkuk that take # shots. Afterwards, increase Health, Armor, Anti-Air, and Luck by % for 7 seconds. Icebergs also appear during the duration as a defensive system.
