"Is there a spell for a walking stick?" Ellie groaned.

"Shut up we're almost there. Just use that sword of yours." Toby said.

They were somewhere in a different forest and it was hot.

"Philip, isn't this near Flameling Territory? Where are we going?" Toby asked.

"Well... Prince Sky, the prince of Flamelings, runs away from the castle to practice sword fighting and I think he'd be an amazing trainer for Ellie." Philip explained.

"So I'm heading to Shadowling's enemy prince... fun..." Toby muttered.

He was obviously refraining from yelling at Toby, but Ellie couldn't figure out why. Once they arrived, Philip opened the door after knocking.

"Prince Sky? It's Philip." He said peaking in.

Ellie managed to get a glance at Sky from outside. He was made of fire, completely engulfed in flames from head to toe. Ellie noticeably got nervouser.

"Oh, Philip. What do you want, I thought you were alliances with the Shadowlings." Sky said.

His voice sounded more feminine but Ellie could tell they were trying to make their voice lower.

"I'm sorry... can you cool down? I have someone I want you to meet." Philip said with a nervous giggle.

The crackling in the dojo-like building slowly came to a stop.

"Fine, you owe me a tree though." Sky said and Philip opened the door fully for Toby and Ellie to go in.

"This is Toby, a Shadowling..." Philip said gesturing at Toby, who looked annoyed. "And this is Ellie, a human from another dimension." Philip said, looking at Ellie, who was trying to balance her sword on the palm of her hand.

"And why are they here?" Sky said with his arms crossed.

He was no longer engulfed in flames, but instead he looked more human. He had bright red hair that faded into orange, blue eyes, freckles, and was wearing black and white workout clothes. Ellie realized there was a pile of clothes in the corner with a golden crown set on top of it.

Philip wasn't lying about the prince thing... Ellie thought.

"Well Ellie just learned how to create a sword but has no idea how to use it, think you could train her?" Philip asked.

"Spada della fiamma." Sky said, a burst of flames emerging from his fingertips.

The flames took the form of a sword, then turned to a solid shape as Sky grabbed it.

"Let's see your skills." Sky said kindly to Ellie. Ellie hesitantly nodded, gripping the handle of her sword tightly.

"Hold it!" Philip interrupted.

"What now?" Sky asked annoyed.

"Scudo protettivo" Philip said, directing a spell at Ellie.

"You seriously put a protection spell on her? You think I would stab a defenseless human?" Sky asked bluntly.

"I'm not taking any chances." Philip said before walked over to a corner to watch, Toby following.

"Alright, try and corner me." Sky said to Ellie, causing her to charge at him.

She wasn't sure what she was doing but she was slowly getting him into the corner even though he kept dodging. When she finally got him cornered he pushed off the wall and engulfed himself flames, cooling down again once he touched the floor and before Ellie could turn around Sky fake-stabbed her.
