In chapter 15 where Lanette said that reader suffered from a stroke and a heart attack, this are the events:

Ok so reader faints, got rushed to hospital,, reader left side of the face seem to droop a bit. Being that doctor guy he studied for a decade, he already saw the symptoms of a stroke

Got checked all shit out in private hospital under intense pressure,, other patients were damn shock to see Lanette in tears for a person that looked like a druggie

Heart? No problem, brain? Small hemorraging, too much stress caused a small artery to pop,, this is because of years and years of using party drugs— it increases the possibility of reader to have a stroke

Technically a stroke, minor one (i did some reasearch saying the stroke surviors mostly say that they feel like the world around them is spinning rapidly, therefore I added that detail in the previous chapter.

He wanted to be in the operating theatre, but doc says no bc it will cause unecessary pressure rhat may cause them to screw up the surgery

Surgery was successful, but after a few hours later, reader's heartbeat kinda flatlined, scares the SHIT outta Lanette

so they gotta do that zappy zappy metal thing on reader's chest (defiblirator? Idk spelling) n resurrects reader for a while,, they found out they were suffering from a heart attack, clogged artery from the nicotine they smoke for years,

Back to the operating table they go

Success again! But you fall into a deep coma, Lanette spends all his time in the freaking hospital, cancelling his movie shootings

Within hours, this shit made to social media, it went VIRAL becuase one of his fans in the hospital snapped a photo of Lanette panicking about you

lmaooo his rabid fans did SO much digging onto you

Now everyone knows who reader is, There are some talkshows asking Lanette for an interview IN YOUR HOSPITAL ROOM

Ofc he gets pissed n tells them off for being hella disrespectful, it damn killed many talk shows for a bit

Lanette had to bring in extra bodyguards to ward off the paparazzi from your room, they rolled in like hoards and hoards of zombies with cameras

Some jerk managed to slip past, ran into the room and snap a pic of Lanette crying on the side of your bed while yer having all kinds of shit attached to you (im gonna add that in the main story later)

That pic got sent to his superior, Lanette was too deep in despair to beat the shit outta that guy so he just lets him be until a bodyguard comes in and take him away

Reader is goin in for a whole nother ride when news get to Caecilius
