Chapter 17

Izuku followed All Might into the school
"Is everything ok?"

"Yes, Just a few other teachers and I need to talk to you"

"Oh ok"

The 2 walked up multiple flights of stairs before walking down a hallway to get to the teachers lounge. All Might opened the doors and stepped inside
"Take a seat" He said motioning to a chair in front of the teachers

Izuku walked over to the chair and sat down, fidgeting slightly
"Is everything ok? Did I do something wrong"

Aizawa was the first one to speak up
"Of course not Midoriya, it's just someone in your class came to me because they were worried about you. I also noticed you haven't been yourself lately"

Izuku just stared at his teacher

"They informed us that you and your boyfriend have recently broken up, how'd that happen" He continued

Izuku looked down at his hands that were intertwined
"He cheated on me"

"Did he ever hurt you in any way?"

Izuku's head snapped up, eyes widened and mouth agape
"Wh- what? W-why would you t-think that"

"The student told me that he had abused you before, if you would like we can press charges"

"No! I don't want to"

"I'm not going to push you to do it but it would help you a lot if you did"

"No no no no I can't" Izuku whispered pulling at his hair

"Why not?"

"Because I know he's going to come back and hurt me even more"

"We won't let that happen Midoriya, I promise"

"Promises can be broken! I told you no get that through your head!" Izuku stood up and yelled at his teacher who just sat their emotionless

"I understand-"

"No you don't fucking understand, I'm sick of people looking down on me and I'm sick of it! If this gets out then people will think even less of me"

"No they won't"

"And how do you know that? You don't know what's it's like, so please just stop" Izuku walked over to the door and opened it

"We aren't done here"

"Yes we are" Izuku whispered back

He stormed down the stairs making his way back to the dorm building. He pushed the doors opened and started walking up the stairs

"Hey Izu" he heard Todoroki's voice but kept walking past him
"Are you ok? What did All Might talk to you about?" Izuku froze slightly but kept walking. He reached his room and quickly opened the door, sliding in and locking the door. He leaned his back up against it and slowly slid down so he was sitting on the ground, he gripped his hair and mumbled inaudible words to himself
"Hey Nerd, you ok?"

He loosened the grip in his hair at the voice

"Cmon Deku answer the door"
Izuku took a deep breath and worked a hand up to the lock, it hovered over it before coming back down. There was a long silence before Bakugo spoke again
"Izuku please open the door" Izuku's breath hitched at the name Bakugo had called him

"I can't" he whispered back

"Why not?"

"You're going to hurt me" there was a slight pause after those words left Izuku's mouth

"I wouldn't do that"

"You've done it before"

"Izu please" Bakugo's voice broke

"I can't"
