She rushed to her room and removed her best formal clothes with a formal robe. She didn't took much longer to dress up and quickly took her formal hat and after making sure that everything was locked, took the direct floo to the ministry.
She was immediately greeted by her brother. "Fawley needs you in his office." He said as they walked towards the minister's office hastily.
"Why isn't he attending it?!" Celeste asked in a whisper. "No idea. But all the best as the British envoy. MACUSA isn't known for being exactly warm." Gilbert said, approaching the elevator.
"Do you think I don't know that? I am dreading this meeting. Why me? Why not you or Theseus?" Celeste asked as Gilbert closed the door. The elevator ride was a blur.
"Well you have good political insight and stand with every ministry. I just don't get why you are not the minister already. You are a lot better than Fawley." Gilbert asked as the elevator came to a stop.
"Keep dreaming brother." Celeste said, chuckling. Gilbert opened the elevator's door and exited the elevator. Celeste was head of the hitwitch and hitwizard department, making her highly respectable member of the ministry.
As soon as they entered the minister's office, they were greeted by Theseus and a team of aurors talking to Fawley. Gilbert gave his sister a look before walking ahead and standing beside Theseus.
"You all have to keep searching Bormot. He is one hell of a thug." Fawley said before dismissing the team of the aurors. Gilbert gave her a sour smile before walking out with the team.
"Ah Celeste, your floo network is waiting for you." Fawley said, pointing towards the fireplace. "What should I expect to be doing there, Minister?" Celeste asked, scrunching her eyebrows.
"They are talking about how to capture Grindelwald. Not like we ALL haven't tried it already. So you just have to input things about the threatening of our community's exposure. Madam president is tough, but you are better." Fawley said, walking around his desk and standing in front of it.
"I understand, Minister. Is it just a one day thing?" Celeste asked, nodding her head. "Yes. All the best for meeting Ms. Fischer." Fawley said, and let Celeste walk towards the fireplace.
Celeste turned the flames green wordlessly and wandlessly. She gave a nod to the minister before stepping into the flames. The flames knew their location and Celeste appeared in MACUSA.
"Ah you must be a British envoy." A lady said to her as she acknowledged the girl appearing in the MACUSA. "Yes I am. Where is the meeting being held, ma'am?" Celeste asked as she corrected her robe and made her hat disappear.
"Follow me madam." The lady said before walking towards their elevator. The MACUSA was brilliantly wonderful and huge. Though its setting was not sitting well with Celeste. She still preferred the British Ministry of Magic.
"Here is your destination." The lady said as she pointed towards the large auditorium. "Thank you." Celeste said, nodding her head in great fullness and entered the auditorium.
She was shown to her seat where she was seated beside the chinese minister of magic. "Hello madam." She greeted the minister politely.
"Ah you are Celeste Fischer. Heard lots of good words about you." The minister said. "The words over exaggerate me Madam." Celeste said, humbleness in her voice.
But their talk didn't last long as a loud throat clearing nose resounded in the auditorium. Everyone's head snapped towards the Madam president.
"We are here for the emergency meeting. We are on the brink of getting exposed towards the no-maj community." Seraphina said, making Celeste roll her eyes internally on the word 'no maj'.
