I like the game superman gods among us because you can punch people... into space! so this is what would happen if superman did punch you in the face.

Ok, so if superman can travel at light speed, wait a sec, if nothing with mass can achieve light speed then I guess we'll have to put him one mile an hour below, which isn't much different anyway, but, the thing is, you'd have your head knocked of your shoulders, or, to be blunt, your head would explode, but, because of the sheer speed, the fist would build friction with the air particles and start to heat up, this would only take 0.00245 secondsish so superman a fist would be a haven if thermal and nuclear energy, so it's practically a particle beam, aimed at your little noggin, the impact would cause an explosion a kilometer and a half wide, but because of the direction of the punch, the explosion would be in a sort of traffic cone shape, but it doesn't stop there, you'd be turned into gluon plasma, which was created after the Big Bang, so effectively, if you pissed off superman, then get ready to see a mini Big Bang...
