"Okay," I smiled taking a step away from him. "What is it?"

Hayden gently grabbed my shoulders, "I don't know," He grinned showing off his charming smile. "You're going to have to open it to find out," Hayden said, placing a quick kiss on my cheek.

"Okay, fine," I said, quickly walking over towards the box. "I'll open it," I said bending down onto the floor.

Once I had opened the cardboard box, my heart almost stopped when I saw what was inside.

"You got me a keyboard?" I questioned in shock. "You remembered when I told you that I used to play the piano?"

I had never really talked about my passion for piano with anyone.

That was only because the same passion that I had back then wasn't all here right now, but it didn't mean that I would ever stop loving the piano.

"Of course." Hayden grinned, lifting his shoulders in a half shrug.

Hayden was dressed in a fitted grey suit, and it complemented his hazel green eyes and tanned skin amazingly.

"I listen to everything you say," Hayden said softly, as he got onto the ground with me. "I was upset with the fact that you stopped doing something you loved, only because you let people tell you that you weren't good enough."

"Thank you so much, Hayden." I smiled, placing my hands over my cheeks. "This is unbelievably sweet, I have no idea how to react right now."

"Well, I just thought that maybe you would want to start playing again. I know this isn't anything special, but I just wanted to make you feel happy, especially because Luna has controlled your whole life."

"How did you know that Luna was the reason?" I questioned and Hayden tilted his head. "You're right." I shook my head. "Is that even a question?"

"It's just... you should do things that make you feel happy. There shouldn't be someone else in the shadows trying to tell you that you aren't good enough ." Hayden squeezed my hands. "I know after today, Luna will be locked up for a very long time, and it's honestly a bittersweet moment because she's not necessarily a good person per se, but she's still you're sister, and I know that you'll always love her."

I hadn't even realized that tears began to fall down my cheeks until Hayden gently wiped them away. "Don't cry, baby."

"Thank you." I tightly wrapped my arms around Hayden's body. "I have no idea what I would do without you." I smiled, looking up into Hayden's eyes. "You have no idea what this means to me."

"I know that you need me." Hayden laughed, and I rolled my eyes, just before he placed his lips against mine, in an eager but meaningful kiss.

When I heard a soft knock on my door, Hayden and I quickly pulled away from each other and stood up onto our feet.

"Come in," I said, clearing my throat. "Hayden and I were just getting ready to leave," I mumbled, and Hayden glanced over at me with a stupid smile on his lips.

Mom slowly opened my door. "Great," She nodded her head with a warm smile. "You both look very good."

Hayden and I both let out a soft laugh. "Thank you, mom," I mumbled.

"Of course," Mom nodded her head as she walked closer towards Hayden. "Hayden, thank you for being here. I appreciate it." She crossed her arms over her chest.

"You don't have to thank me." Hayden shook his head. "I want to be here to support your family. What kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't?"

My breath got caught in my throat as soon as I heard Hayden call himself my boyfriend.
