Theo took a deep breath as he walked out of the front of his small, austere home, closing the door behind him. The smell of the salty sea entered his nostrils, a reminder of the vast blue spread out in-front of his small town. He stepped down the mottled stairs of his house and started walking towards the Aakre's manor. It would not be a long walk, and he would only be there for a short while so he was very relaxed while walking towards his destination. He waved cordially to the fishermen with which he had grown up with, and took care to look at the mornings market stalls. As he approach the luxiorius manor, he quickly polished himself up by running his fingers through his platinum hair to clean it up, and picked some lose lint off of his mahogany jacket. When he arrived at the gate of the house, he noticed all of the embellishments that the family had placed to impress anyone who ventured near the house. A small fountain spattered water over a garden adorned with all sorts of glorious flowers, most of which Theo could not name. The steps towards the house were made up of cracked marble and granite, giving the path a rough but elegant aesthetic. The railing leading up the stairs of the establishment was finely smoothed out, with gold plating covering most of it. When Theo finally made it up the steps, he marvelled at the intricacies of the door in front of him. It seemed to be carved out with all sorts of symbols of nature and precious minerals. The gold plated door knocker had the family crest adorned on it, with the delicateness of the each letter being clearly visibly. Before knocking on the door, Theo once more made sure to make his presentation look orderly before finally grasping the frigid door handle and knocking twice on the door. He got no response, and waited patiently before knocking twice once more. This time, the door opened and Theo was met by a servant, telling him that Sir Aakre was waiting for him upstairs. Theo stepped inside of the door, revealing to him the true wonder of the Aakre manor. The floors were cleanly polished, and the walls were purified of any dirt or soot. A large Grandfather clock was sitting in the front of the entrance room, humbly boasting the wealth of the family. As Theo was marvelling at it, trying as hard as possible to not pollute the shiny floors of mud or any other substance he could have tracked in, he heard a familiar voice to the right of him.....
