I was playing in the woods chasing after Goten. Our laughter resounded as I flew after my brother.

"You can't catch me!" He laughed ducking between trees.

I made it to a clearing and stopped. I looked around and listened. I smiled hearing Goten giggle to the left and I quickly took off. I landed and quietly walked over.

"Gotcha!" I yelled pulling a bush away.

I frowned not finding my brother. I stood up straight and looked around. I began walking a direction. Cupping my hands around my mouth, I called his name.

"Goten! Come out wherever you are!" I paused every now and then to listen.

I began to grow worried after searching for five minuets. I continued to yell his name and searched all over.

"Come on Goten! It's not funny anymore!" I yelled.

"Gen!!" I heard a scream.

I turned and quickly took flight. My heart thumped loudly in my chest and ears. I silently prayed I could make it in time. I landed and looked around.

"Goten! Come on answer me! Goten!" I screamed.

I stopped seeing a male standing in the meadow in front of me. His skin was a light blue with white hair. I slowly walked towards him with caution.

"Who are you? Where's Goten?" I asked.

The male only smiled at me. I noticed I couldn't fully see his face. Before I could make another move, he disappeared and so did the ground. I landed and opened my eyes in a weird area.

"H-hello?" I called.

"Hello, Gen." a deep voice spoke.

"Who are you? Where am I?"

"You are safe. I am known as Super Shenron. I am a Universal guardian."

"Super Shenron? Universal Guardian? What is going on?" I asked confused.

"Everything will be revealed in due time. For now, you must trust everyone you know. You must believe in them. No matter what they have done." He spoke calmly.

"Everyone I know? You mean my family?" I asked.

"Yes. And much more. You will meet new friends along the way. Some you may trust only by yourself. But trust them no matter what."

"I understand." I spoke, which confused me.

"Good. I shall see you again soon."

Before I could speak the ground below me fell out. I gasped before yelling.

My eyes shot open and I looked around. I had landed on my floor. The sheets from my bed had tangled around me. Soon, my mom and dad busted through the room, my mom holding a bat.

"Who's messing with my little girl!?" She yelled scanning my room.

I laughed quietly before untangling myself. My dad walked over and helped me stand up.

"I'm fine mom, really. I just had a really weird dream and I guess I fell. But don't worry, I'm completely okay." I smiled dusting myself off.

"Oh my sweet Gen. Did you have a nightmare?" My mom asked tossing the bat behind her before rushing towards me.

"Kind of. I mean, sort of." I tried to explain as I fixed my bed.

"What was it about?" My dad asked sitting down.
