She stood in front of her mirror, examining each feature of her face and touching it back and fourth. Different people have different perspectives, they see things differently. For example, her chubby cheeks; She remembered her grandma pulling them thinking she is cute when she was little and then people at her school think she is fat. Obviously there is nothing wrong in gaining a little weight, but it's society who thinks fat is just another synonym for 'ugly'.
She wanted something
Something that isn't temporary
Something that lasts forever
Something that changes her life
Something that brings her back to life
Something that makes her live
Not just survive.
