How should one write a sonnet
with smooth and breathtaking flow?
I can't help but nervously fret
when no wise idea begins to grow.
From my hand the words appear,
but in my mind the plan doesn't exist.
Expectations bring about fear
where am I even going with this?
Write poetry they say!
The lyrical style is easy and fun.
Yet I seem to have lost my way
for on and on, the same subject I run.
I didn't know how to start and now I don't know how to end.
This miserable poem I beg your humor lend.
