I Bashed my head off the ground and grunt in pain, trying to sit up. The person followed my actions and we met eyes.

I recognise those familiar pair of blue eyes anywhere. They showed a mix of fear and anger within them.

Malfoy had his hand over his nose for some reason which I thought was weird. I took a closer look and noticed the red liquid dripping out and began to panic.

"Omg, was that me?" I cried as he got up from the ground and regained his balance.

"No, that mudblood punched me square in the face," he replied with venom but winced at the pain caused by his movements.

"Mudblood?" I questioned raising my brows at him.

"Not like you didn't deserve it." Amelia mumbled from behind. I didn't pay attention to it.

"You said Mudblood as if im meant to know what that is," I said, looking at him expectantly.

"Granger," he said.

"What, Hermione did this to you?" I asked, biting back my laugh as he continued wincing in pain.

I shook my head and reached my hand out to get a better look at his injury. Malfoy flinched back at my sudden gesture which made me glare at him.

"Don't make this any harder than it already is, now come on I haven't got all day," I said pinching the bridge of my nose in annoyance. Malfoy eventually listened and leaned into my touch making me smile. I gently lifted his chin and tilted his head to the side.

"She's got a good swing on her, I'll give her that. Everything still seems to be in its original place though. No broken bones," I smirked as the blonde in front of me scoffed.

"Yeah well just wait until-

-My father hears about this." I finished with him, putting my voice in a slightly lower tone to imitate his own.

"Sorry, I had to-" I stopped to laugh.

"- you say that a lot," I laughed causing him to roll his eyes.

"Laugh it up, (L/n)," he says.

"We best be off. I suggest you get that cleaned at the hospital wing though, ok?" I suggested to the blonde. He surprisingly agreed with me. He walked past me and Amelia with his goons following behind. When they were in front, he stopped in his tracks with his back still facing me.

"Thanks." He mumbles before speed walking away from us.

I smiled while watching him walk away until Amelia poked me in the ribs.

"Right, yes. Let's go,"

We came across some large rocks following a short pathway to where Hagrid's small home was. In the middle of the garden sat the poor creature, attached to some old rusty chains.

Amelia suggested different strategies to set Buckbeak free, but they all seemed too risky to attempt ourselves.

Amelia made her way through the large pumpkins surrounding the creature and kneeled next to him, stroking him. I noticed she was trying to set the creature with ease. After all. The creature must know what is coming next for him in just under an hour.

I admired how gentle Amelia was with creatures and noticed that her head was resting on the creature's forehead. It looked as if she was communicating with him.

I watched from a distance in awe before noticing the headmaster, the executor and the head of the ministry coming down this way and fast.

I looked back over to where my sister was and carefully whisper shouted to not alarm the creature, of the three men up ahead.

"Psst, Amelia, Headmaster coming our way."

Amelia took a peek and made a silly face before jumping up from her previous spot to run over to me. We both crouched down behind some large pumpkins in Hagrids garden, located at the back, near the forest.

I watched as the three men got closer to the home and caught a glimpse of the golden trio inside hagrids home.

Dumbledore and the two men were gaining on them, and they haven't even left!

My eyes darted around the place to find some sort of distraction.

My gaze fell on two small rocks that sat on one of the pumpkins closest to me. A crazy idea popped into my head.

I was going to throw the stones in their direction so that it makes them look outside.

I threw the first stone, breaking a vase inside of the home which only startled them. 'Not enough to make them leave.' I thought.

I was about to throw the other stone until I heard something crunch inside the  forest making my aim go lob sided and accidentally hit off the back of Harry's head.

"Ow!" Harry yelped in pain.

"That's gotta sting," Amelia said as her face scrunched up.

Harry rubbed the area that the stone hit off before looking out the window to see what or whom might have threw the stone at him. Me and Amelia ducked down behind the pumpkins trying not to laugh.

I couldn't help myself. I started giggling at Harry's dumbfound expression.

Harry was the first to notice Professor Dumbledore gaining on them and pointed out to Hagrid.

Hagrid ushed them out the back door. Hermione was the first to peek out the door to make sure that the professors and others didn't see them before making their way over in our direction. We both stayed put and continued to stay unnoticed.

Harry, Ron and Hermione kneeled behind the same large pumpkins, keeping a low profile. That was until Harry spots us through the corner of his eye.

"What the hell are yous two doing here?" He asked as I and Amelia looked at each other for an answer.

"We were saying our finale farewells to Buckbeak. What about yous?" I replied raising my brow at the boy.

"We came to check on Hagrid to see how he was doing, due to... the situation and all," Hermione stated when she finally noticed us too.

"Yeah what she said," Harry said with a nod. A very confused Ron turned to them both.

"Who the bloody hell are you talking to?" He asked.

Hermione and Harry moved aside so that we were now in his view.

Ron gulped nervously when he saw us. I and Amelia waved at him, he awkwardly did the same.

It was silent after that until Amelia spoke up.

"What now?" She whispered.

"Come on, let's go," Ron said as we all got up to follow him back up the hill.

We stood at the top of the hill looking down at Buckbeak and braced ourselves for what was to come next.

The man in the possession of the slaughter knife raised it into the air before crashing it down onto Buckbeak, making a swarm of crows, flea away.

Hermione cried into Ron's shoulder and Amelia did the same to Harry whilst I on the other hand stared at them awkwardly.

"It's alright guys, I'll just hug myself," I said wrapping my arms around my back.

"Self-love guys. Self-love."

They all looked at me strangely until Ron's rat, Scabbers suddenly bit his finger. He drops him out of shock and watches him escape. Ron panics and runs after him, making us run after Ron.

Ron continued to run after his pet until he finally caught a hold of it.

We all realised where we were and looked at each other with worry.

"That's not good. RON RUN!" Harry shouts. Ron looks up at us with fear and stutters.

"Guys behind you RUN! It's the grim!"
He cries just as a dog leapt towards us making me grab Amelia and push her down out of the way.

The Grim jumped over us and took hold of Ron's leg, dragging him down a nearby hole. Ron screamed for us to help.

Amelia was still on the ground due to the force I used while me, Harry and Hermione went over to save Ron.
