So many people have mood swings when they are on their periods. Most of the time I don't but I do occasionally. The mood swings are caused my changes in hormone levels. Its not your fault if you are moody. And some guys like to say "oh well shes moody she must be on her period" if they say something to you about it look at them and say "i began the day laying in my own blood, is that how you want your to end" then ignore them! Now I am pretty open about my period, if any of the girls at school need a pad or tampon at school and text me asking if I van brig them one I get a pad or tampon out of my bag, even if guys are looking at me, and tell the teacher I need to go to the bathroom that im on my period. If anyone ask about my period im straight up going to tell them the honest truth. And im the oldest girl in my family out of all of of my cousins so its to the point I can change my tampon or pad and not care if they are in the bathroom with me. (I am the only girl out of me and my siblings, I have a younger full brother and an older step-brother). I was always really shy and I honestly just come out of my shell about maybe a month or two ago but when it comes to periods or something I care about I will talk about it.
