Ok so my family has always had really bad cramps like to the point they physically could't move. If you don't want to take any medication try using a heating pad. Lay down for a bit. It helps not only with bloating but for cramps to rub your stomach. When you are on your period DO NOT TAKE IBUPROFEN! It will make you bleed more if you google ibuprofen and look at the side effects one of them is bleeding. I take a pill that is Equate brand and it is MENSTRUAL COMPLETE (acetaminophen) (tylenol) and you can get it at almost any wal-mart.
