Believe shivers continuously even though she rests on a carpet near the fire with the thickest fur-like
material available . Her face indicates nothing. She doesn’t look like she is sleeping, in pain or dying.
It just seems like she is stuck in a blink.

The celebrations planned for her forthcoming had turned into sorrow when the tales of her

adventure came to light . This scared the immortals as they remembered the last time the Ancient
One’s chosen did not make it to him. That was a century of chaos and despair. Its affect on the Earth
realm is still visible.

Believe has sleeping for six moons. Throughout this time the immortals have been mourning for her
awakening.

Earth has had strange events happening during this period. The Earth moved the moon out of its
orbit and closer to itself. As foreseen the oceans low tides were at their lowest and the high tides
were catastrophic . The first day seemed like the beginning of an nuclear threat upon all those who
lived at the coast. Without warning the waters moved past its border and into the streets. Gradually
it moved into people’s houses, by the time it was 500 meters from where it was suppose to end did
the panic really seep in.

Though it was not too late for an escape, some people’s cars and houses where already taken by the
strong current. The sound of cars driving off and houses being wrecked made the peaceful sound of
the oceans whisper more eerie. This lasted for hours.

The after meth was worse. The traffic to the main land was so congested it stood in one place for
hours. This made people anxious as all the tide monitoring networks couldn’t predict the next high
tide. There were some casualties consisting of unmonitored kids.
Not every who had a car had a place to go. Not everybody who had a survived had a place to go.
Some people knew the true meaning of being alone. They were hit the hardest as they had nowhere
to run.

As the days progressed the animals living by the coast died off. People around the world had been
unable to sleep making them go into harmful state of mind. Death fell upon nations as people fell
from exhaustion or killed each other from lack of sleep.

Animals were also affected as the days and nights ended faster. It was too bright for nocturnal
animals and the days ended too soon for diurnal animals.

Plants that required a lot of sun time didn’t grow well.

The sky seemingly had less stars visible.

The realm Believe is in was also affected. The blue forest turned cold so rapidly the animals could
not sense it and migrate or hibernate in time. The trees began losing their beauty and liveliness.

They looked as though they have been infected by some sort of fungi. No bird or insect was in sight.
All the immortals animals went silent and looked sickly.

The seventh moon was when it all ended. The night began with buzzing. The insects had returned.
The cold was decreasing and the sound of the trees whistling could be heard. The animals gained
back their strength and life had returned.

While in the physical realm the moon returned to its spot.

❤️Believe❤️

I feel so cold and wet when I wake up only to find myself laying near a fire place with a heavy blanket
on top of me. Alone. In a room so large it can pass of as a hall when emptied of furniture. A room I
am unfamiliar with.

I stare at the roof begging for a sign that will tell me what the next step should be. My life has always
been confusing but I eventually found comfort in it as I was guided by signs. Now I see nothing, I
hear nothing and I sense nothing. It has been like this since my skin started losing pigment.
I got nothing but silence. Nothing is better than being misguided.

I sit up and find a jug of what I hope is water and a glass next to it next to me. The glass seems like a
waste of time with my body’s sudden thirst so I just gulped the water from the jar. It makes a mess
everywhere but the satisfaction my body if feeling is worth it. The water tastes sweet unlike the
water on earth which tastes like chemicals.

While I am chugging the water down my throat somebody clears their throat behind me. This
person with no timing or understand of the human reflexes causing me to choke on the water from
surprise. Through my coughing fit and tearing eyes I can see the person panicking besides me unsure
what to.

I hit my back while mucus runs down my face. The person receives the messages and pats my back
until I get my breathing in order.

“Thank you.” My hoarse voices pull through. I lay on my back and release light coughs until I feel well
enough to give the person attention.

“You nearly killed me.” I say looking them dead in the eye, trying to intimidate them for dramatic
purposes.

“NO! That would cost me my existence.” The person says. I was hoping I’d get their gender from
their voice but it is gender neutral as their features.

“What is your name?”

“I don’t possess a name.” Well isn’t that convenient never mind illegal.

“Are you a slave?” suddenly fearing for both our lives.

“No. Names are not necessary here in my line of duty as it gives a sense of attachment or
belonging.” The person says with ting of sadness in their tone.

“Would you like a name?"

“Wouldn’t it be fruitless as nobody will summon me by it?” the sadness in their voice grows.

“I will call you by your name. What have you always wanted to be called?”

Silence falls upon us as the person searches their head for a name. After a while it is broken.

“Xherow”

“Xherow? What does that mean?”

“It is a creature of the waters. Its job is to keep the waters memory alive by healing polluted water
and telling it all the tales and events it had forgotten. It acts a reminder, a doctor, a parent and a
friend of the water.” Xherow says with an unshakable passion in her/his tone.

“Xherow what are you doing in my room?”

Realisation that Xherow came with a purpose seems to be remembered by Xherow as Xherow’s
facial features change.

“You have been laying by the fire for six moons. During this time the order of
the worlds you have been in was changed. This is the seventh moon of which everything seemed to
be returning back to balance. I was sent here to see if you have awaked and take you to the Ancient
One.” Xherow says with seriousness.

“What would the Ancient One want from me?”

“Your heart.”
