She smiled softly to herself before moving her database to rest above her head and turning onto her side to face Atsushi's unconscious form across the room/

"Listen, Kid. You're going to have someone here when you wake up, so hurry up and get up because there are a few people waiting to hear from you."

...

That was the last thing she recalled from that night, but what she woke up to she'd never forgotten.

She woke up to a light weight covering her body and a somewhat stupefied voice mumbling to itself.  Her eyes fluttered open, attempting to adjust to the bright morning light before they focused on the form of the now-familiar detective staring at her database.

She snuggled into the blanket that covered her before hearing, "What kind of ability is this?"

She'd then realized something.

Her invisible database was visible to Dazai.

HER database was visible to this SUICIDAL FLIRT.

She shot up from her position and bumped straight into his chest as he'd been leaning over the bed to better see the light blue screen.

"Oh, you shouldn't look at such sad articles before sleeping, it can give you—"

She cut him off by whisper-yelling to not bother the unconscious boy, "How can you see my database!? It's not visible to anyone but myself!"

Dazai had a confused look on his face before pointing to the screen and asking, "You mean this?"

She nodded her head quickly before he said, "Hmm, do you use an ability to hide this thing?"

She nodded once more before he said, "Well then it's easy, your ability won't work on me.  In fact, no one's ability will work on me."

She recalled from yesterday how he'd been able to stop Akutagawa's attack with ease. "So, you're ability negates other's abilities?"

The brunette nodded.

"Then wouldn't that mean you couldn't see the screen at all?"

He smirked before saying, "I don't define the rules of my ability, sweetheart."

(Y/n) rolled her eyes before closing out the database so he wouldn't read too far into what she'd been reading.  Those articles make connections to her past.  She was never comfortable with too many people knowing about that part of her.

She checked the time on her phone lying on the bed beside her.  "Dazazi-san, it's 7:30 AM, what are you doing here bothering someone who was sleeping?"

He just chuckled a bit before saying, "The President wanted to see you, so I came to fetch you."

[Y/n] only groaned to herself before snuggling into her blanket once more and waving the man off while saying, "Please tell him I was up late doing research so I'll see him when I'm actually awake."

The detective pouted before whining, "But if I go, I'll have to leave my coat..."

(Y/n) simply sighed before saying, "Why would you leave your coat?"

Dazai plopped onto the foot of the bed and tugged softly at her blanket before saying, "Because a lovely woman is using it as a makeshift blanket."

(Y/n) cracked her eyes open once more and glanced down at her blanket only to realize it was, in fact, his coat she was using to keep warm.

...

"Then leave without your coat."

"You're so cruel! But I won't leave it! That's why I'll call the President and tell him you slept naked and that I saw everything--"
