Cookies of Love

"Give me an A!" Ben yells, making the said letter. 

"A!" Everyone copied. 

"Give me an L!" Ben yells as he makes the letter again.

"L!" Everyone copied. 

"What does that spell?" Ben asked.

"MAL!" People shouted. That's weird I thought he was with Audrey. I don't care anyways, Mal seems nice, but she's no Carlos. 

"Come on I can't hear you!" Ben shouts. 

"MAL!" Everyone shouts. I feel like my eardrums are going to bust with how loud Eric and Andrew are yelling. 

"I love you, Mal! Did I mention that?" Ben says. The crowd awws and Audrey runs off. Carlos was standing beside her and smiles as she runs off. His smile is like the sun, brighter than any other thing in the world. 

"Give me a beat!" Ben shouts. 

"Uno, Dos, Tres, Quatro!" Doug shouts and the band begins to play. I watched as Carlos danced beside Ben. I watched him until I heard Audrey's annoying voice interrupt my thoughts. 

"Chad's my boyfriend now! And I'm going to the coronation with him, so I don't need your pity date," She said. She grabbed Chad's chin and kissed him, resulting in a few ewws from the crowd. 

"MAL WILL YOU GO TO THE CORONATION WITH ME?" Ben asked. 

"Yes!" Mal answered through the microphone. 

"She said yes!" Ben shouted. Audrey looked annoyed and walked away with Chad following. The crowd cheered for them, so I looked back at Carlos. He looked at me nervously, so I smiled and stood up. 

"BEN!" I shouted. He turned his head to me along with everyone in the stands.

"I have something I'd like to say!" I shouted. Ben smiled and walked over to me and passed me the mic. 

"I wrote a song that I'd like to sing for someone that's here," I said. The crowd cheered and Carlos immediately blushed.  

"Doug, the one we practice," I said looking at Doug, who is now holding an acoustic guitar.

I ended the song standing in front of Carlos who was blushing. The crowd roared cheering for me. 

"Will you go to the coronation with me?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I'd like that," Carlos said. I smiled and handed the mic back to the announcer. 

Jay ended up getting a trophy for being the most valuable player, which resulted in the whole crowd cheering for him again. 

Carlos waved goodbye as he walked into the locker room. 

"What in the Enchanted Forest was that?" Andrew said. I stood up and began to walk away.

"I love Carlos and asked him to go to the coronation with me," I told him, walking away to our room.

I wrote a note to Carlos and left it on his door. It said:

Dearest Carlos,

    I would like to take you on a date before the coronation. Meet me in 30 minutes at the tourney field's bleachers. Be ready for the greatest date of all time.

I grabbed two towels and a picnic basket and got ready for the date.
