"Focus." "Stay focused." "Keep your eyes on Jesus." It's such an easy thing to say but near impossible to attain to. Satan gifts us countless distractions, countless reasons to bend to the dictates of passion rather than conform to heavenly principles. It is so easy to become sidetracked, so much easier to choose the world... But what will it profit us to gain treasure innumerable on this wretched earth and lose our souls?
So focus. It will not be easy. Stay focused. It will never be easy. But the promise of eternal life, of a mansion and glory and forever with God will be worth it. Let us look to Him, keep our eyes on Him and FOCUS.
