BANG!!

prologue

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The sound of gunshots in the empty  dark ally was clear as day as two boys were running frantically away from the ally,one of them being 174cm  and the other was 180 cm,both looking the same age.Behind them were gang members and even a few with guns,the shorter boy had raven hair and the taller one with red dyed hair.

“you always fucking mess up” the shorter boy said

“shut up ,they were paying us ten thousand dollars less than the decided price,I just punched them,the fuck I knew they will pull out guns on us’’

While outrunning them,the duo reached a corner of the dark ally,as the duo took a small pause to take a breath as suddenly the phone of the taller boy rang up,startling both,as he took out the phone,he looked at the number and said "shinji,your sister on the phone"

Shinji quickly took the call and placed the phone to his ear,from the other side of the phone a soft female voice spoke "aniki,what's taking you and ryo san so long?"

As soon shinji was about to speak, the voice and footsteps of the gangsters came closer,shinji cut off the call and gave the phone to ryo and ran again.

As they were running faster,the sound of the gunshots  increased and one of the bullets grazed ryo’s arm

’oww! That friggin hurts” ryo instantly turned around and stretched out his arm and opened his palm screaming out “Honō ma’’ as a skull shaped fire projectile  darted towards them,each and every bullet which were darting towards them was melted and most of the gangsters fell down due to severe burns caused by the fire

Shinji let out an evil smirk towards the burnt gangsters as he said “this is what you get for messing with an abnormality ” as they reached towards their ’86 mustang gt,the car they have been using for nobody knows how long

As they started their car and drove out of the location

Inside the gangsters base,one of the lesser hurt guys was now being held by his neck by what looks like a higherup of the gang as he was being interrogated  

“there were about 15 men there,and those two guy disrespected the gang and went away and almost all of the men are severely burnt or died,explain” the guy whimpered and said “katoda-sama,one of the guys was not human,he made fire come out of his hand’’ upon hearing that katoda let the guy fall as he said “an abnormality?’’

One of the guy beside him asked “what is an abnormality?’’ to which katoda answers “you kids are illiterate aren't ya,very well let me explain”

“well before I start let me warn you,spill this outside somewhere and I promise you some random government dude will put lead inside your body,this information was supposed to be confidential but in underground markets words spread for money,the world has advanced but it's still like before,money can buy anything’’

As he was speaking one of the subordinates said ‘’why would they keep something like this hidden from people?’’ to which katoda responded “why wouldn’t they,if people came to know people who can wipe hundreds of people casually won't they use their own money to hire them and throw over our wretched government,it would easily cause a civil war,they won't want that,it's also the reason most abnormalities are either hidden,in government services or as underground workers,anyways back to the main topic’’

’'abnormalities are the result of the incident which happened 25 years ago,the meteor fall,it's rumored that the meteor had some particles which caused the abnormalities"

"That is somewhat correct" an unknown voice spoke up in the room,the voice seemed  of a kid's,as katoda and the others darted their eyes frantically in the room,katoda spotted a kid sitting on the window who looked about thirteen to fourteen years old

All the men with guns instantly pulled them out and pointed towards the kid as katoda asked in a cold unforgiving voice ''who are you?''

The kid simply smiled and said, even though guns were pointed towards him "mister,you wouldn't like to point that to me" as the men pulled the trigger without  any hesitation

With a flick of the kid's hand the bullets changed its trajectory and lodged into the cement wall as he still smiled and said "told you so" 

 katoda was quite scared yet his rational mind wouldn't let the fear show on his face as he  repeated his question "Who are you?"

The kid said "lets just call me nameless for now,would you like to know what happened 25 years ago and what actually are abnormalities?"

As the engine of the mustang stopped in front of what looked like a coffee shop,shinji and ryo came out of the car and pushed the door,as soon as they entered shinji was tackle hugged by a girl who was smaller than them by age and even height as the girl excitedly and in a sweet voice said “welcome back aniki,how was the food delivery ’’ as shinji looked away,knowing that his sister didn’t know the truth,ryo simply stated “we had a little issue but it went smoothly Ari’’ she softly smiled and said “would you like to have a cup of coffee aniki and ryo-san”to which both said yes in unison.

As Ari took out her pocket cane to walk shinji let out an inaudible sigh saying to shinji “the world advanced so much yet the only technology we got advanced in is warfare,I wonder if the world ever start to think about protecting their people instead of  killing them” ryo would softly chuckel saying “I guess not,its year 2100 yet all we have is destruction mostly,the world is a shit place and I bet it would remain the same” 

Shinji’s sister Ari was blind since birth,a side effect of the meteor disaster was also that many people were now born with disabilities yet the government didn’t bother to do anything to improve medical technology,all the government cared about was superior military,cyborgs,exoskeletons so that they can seize the smaller countries and steal resources. It's as if that the government has become plunderers,which made the world a calm chaos,from outside calm and from inside chaotic

In that mess of a world they worked as underground hired helps,for enough money they would kill or save someone

As their coffee arrived,Aya would say in a soft  beautiful voice “aniki,someone is asking for you,shall I send him to your seat’’ shinji said “send him over” as Aya goes to bring that man to her brother,Ryo spoke up “another job?’’ in response shinji just nodded in approval.

A man in his 30s wearing an official black coat came in and sat down as he looked at them saying “I am guessing you both are the hired workers’’ 

“yes we are” shinji stated 

“good,I have work for you,you will be paid twenty five thousand dollars now and twenty five after its done” the suited man said

“what's the job” ryo asked

“you have to eliminate this girl” the man handed him a file….
