~chapter four~

I looked at destiny and could see her start to tear up.

Chase put the gun back in his pocket and made his way out the school, as soon as he was out of sight me and destiny ran up to Brandon.

"Did you guys see much?" Destiny nodded while hugging Brandon. I mean it must be hard to see your sibling being held at gun point.

But the one thing bothering me the most is, why is Jason incomes in all of this. The bell went and we made our way to lesson.

Luckily it was maths and in that class i sat next to Lucy and James was in front.

As I sat down, Lucy came into the room. She sat down next to me as usual but didn't say anything to me.

"Did I do something wrong, why have you been ignoring me all day?" I asked Lucy hoping to get an answer from her.

James walked in and sat in front, he turned around to Lucy and asked for a pencil.

"James, did I do something wrong? Why are you two ignoring me?" I started feeling my self get emotional. I was never strong when it came to me losing friends or family.

"Please, talk to me."

They both looked at each other before turning to me. "We know what you did." Lucy said, I was confused as heck.

"Emily told us, everything you said to her. I never thought of you to be like that, clover I thought you were different." James added.

"What~~~" I was more then confused now, honestly had no clue what they were talking about.

"Don't play dumb with us clover, we have the messages, this friendship is over." Did she just say what I thought she said.

I grabbed my bag and walked out of class. People may think I'm being over dramatic but these people who need there friendship with me, they had been my best friends Sense we were in kindergarten. We've never had an argument before, they've never said that the friendship was ended before.

Emily must've done something, no she did do something she took my only friends away from me. Who do I have now...

I mean Jason is invoked with stuff that I don't want to be invoked with so I can't even hang out with my own brother.

I just want my friends back.

I walked up the stairs towards the library, it was locked sense the Liberian was I'll, but luckily I knew how to pick locks, don't ask how.

As I went to unlock the door I noticed it was all ready opened I didn't think much of it and went into the library. Our schools library was pretty big.

I weren't a fan of books but I would all ways come in here to just watch sad videos when I was emotional. I went to the very back behind the book selves.

I sat down and turned on my phone.

"Well what a coincidence, your here to." I looked up to see Brandon, I rolled my eyes annoyed he was here.

I really just wanted to be sad by myself, and I was still very confused on what James and Lucy meant by the messages to Emily.

"Hey you look sad, what's wrong?" Brandon asked, it took me back a little but his politeness. "Girl trouble." He said with a fake frown on his face.

"Really not helping me." He chuckled lightly before sitting next to me.

"Well are you going to tell me instead of watching sad videos of cats." He said while peeing in my phone.

"Fine..."I replied.

He grabbed his bag and opened it pulling a bag of popcorn out of his bag.

I couldn't help but laugh, this kid really is something.

"You want some?" I shock my head. "Suit your self."

"Well did you still want to know or are you to busy eating?"

"I still wanna know."

"Ok well, Lucy and James stoped talking to me, and when I asked them in maths why... they said something about me messaging Emily something. But I have no clue what."

"Ughhh no one even like Emily, she gets to obsessed with people."

"Is that why she did that to Gina? Cause she was obsessed with destiny?" I asked. He nodded before grabbing Another handful of popcorn.

"Hey can I asked you something?" I asked, he nodded taking another mouthful of popcorn.

"How do you and Jason know each other, and why did that guy chase pull a gun out on you?" Brandon stopped eating before replying.

"Well you brother got me into trouble with this guy, he said I was loaded with cocaine, which I'm not," I nodded as I followed along with the story he was telling me.

"That guy you saw earlier, chase. Well he came up to and gave me 1k for a bag. I took it thinking it would be easy to get a bag of it in two days, but it turns out most people sell cocaine for around 3k and I don't have that type of money,"

I sat crossed legged getting more intrigued by the story.

"The main problem was that I had already spent them money chase gave me, so I couldn't give him his money back. Then chase went up to Jason I threatened to kill him... but he said if he didn't kill him he would let him... I can't say it sorry."

"No. Please tell me..."I asked, I was way to into this. I need to know what my own brother said.

"He said he would let chase... do what ever he wants to you and destiny, that's why earlier he threatened to harm you two."  I slumped down, starting to feel really sick.

"Why, why would he say that?" Brandon started to look really guilty, I guess for telling me the truth. But my own brother would prefer I got raped then him risking his own life for me. I would so risk my life for him and he throws me under the bus like that. Wow!

"Hey do you want to go somewhere?" I looked at Brandon confused.

"What do you mean?"

He shrugged his shoulders,"Ditch school, to go to a place we could eat." I smiled and nodded. We both got up and made our way to the school doors.

We got into his car and he started driving.

"Where are we going exactly?" I asked.

" it's a bakery my grandma owns." Well that's not what I expected.
